              On 4/30/24 I had a package delivered by FedEx. I listed specific delivery instructions and instead of following them the driver left the package outside my building complex. Anyone off the street could've come by and stolen the package, which has happened in the past. I contacted FedEx immediately after the package was delivered to file a complaint and have them send another driver back to my residence to deliver it correctly. No one at FedEx will give me any information (ex. Delivery site phone number, manager name, etc). They only informed me that the investigation process could take several days, meanwhile my package sits in the wrong location. This lack of attention and customer service should not be tolerated by major corporations like this one.

              fedex has gotten really bad the last 5 things delivered have been to the wrong place the driver does not pay attention and I get alerts for the day its coming and alerts go on for 3 days before ya finally get a package there terrible I will not use them anymore I started using united parcel service they are with the program forthe money they charge it should be better then that and to top it off I have a package that's been coming for a week and a half still have not seen it and now I get a text it was turned over to **** on a Sunday and still waiting fedex is garbage they are the worst delivery service out there now try to get hold them you cant get a live person its all automated such ******** they could care less about there delivery's its all about the money someone needs to replace the top dogs in ********** where they come out of for delivery's there service is s***
