              I purchased a home with KB home in Jan 2021. Less then 3 years, i found cracks on ********. Then recently March 2024 I found a bigger issue in one of the bedroom. There was a loud noice, I went to check and see a a big Crack on the tile floor, tenting up along the room. When I step on the floor, the tiles seem like coming loose and there are cracks everywhere. Even the border along the walls are cracking. How can this happened to a 3 year old house! And nobody stays in this room there is no way we caused this. I heard a lots of complaints about KB home quality but i was blindsided and went with this purchase. I am extremely disappointed! I purchased this home with the intention of staying here for a long time but now this happened I'm worried that more issues gonna keep coming up. I want something done to this issue. THIS IS NOT OK.

              We close on our house sept 2021. Since we close Ive had to call multiple times that when it rains our back door leaks water inside. Each time they send someone who says its fix but then it happens again. Now they are saying my warranty is up and theres nothing they can do. This is horrible business a issue that has been recurring and they are ignoring it
