            I contracted folliculitis and ringworm from the facility not being cleaned. I been to urgent care two times for the problem and its was identified that it came form the gym facility. I also have been on antibiotics two times for the same problem. I also seen an allergiest and they also concurred that its from the gym being dirty. I also contacted the frederick county health dept about this and they confirmed it is from the mats not being cleaned. I have been in touch with the onelife josh ******** to refund the money and maintenance fee money for the facility since they have not used the money correctly for what i was paying for. I also asked to cancel my membership with a refund and he charged me another membership fee. I have filed a dispute charge with the credit card company for the charge. Josh ******** at onelife is the person to contact about the problem. I want my money refunded and membership cancelled and stop charging me.

            I bought a one-year gym membership as a gift for my brother and his wife. When they got to the gym, they had to sign a long, confusing contract. This led to unexpected charges after the first year. Six months in, they charged my card $69 in December. I emailed memberservices, but they insisted on email communication only, which was difficult for my brother, and kept asking for information I had already given. Despite many emails, I never got a refund for the $69. After the one-year membership expired, they started charging my card $179 per month in May and June. I emailed them again for refunds, but they refused, saying my brother’s initials on the contract allowed them to keep charging. They also wouldn't confirm the cancellation. This feels like a scam. It's incredibly frustrating to get no resolution despite over a dozen emails. Former members should consider a class action suit against this business for their fraudulent practices. My brother even tried to cancel last September when he moved to another state, but they wouldn’t process it over the phone.
