Received an offer to refinance car a 2014 Buick Lacrosse with $5200 owed and refinanced. Contacted and sales person added extended bumper to bumper warranty and said it could be cancelled anytime and brought my $5200 loan to $9300 signed paper and had to overnight title by fed ex then went over extended warranty that said may cancel work if records of maintenance not kept by service tech so immediately cancelled it as I do my own maint work and I cancelled the very same day and was told ***** already did the $9300 loan and wont redo it and that it will take 2months...aka 8 weeks to show cancelation and correction of the extended warranty that was cancelled immediately. The sales agent who initially did my loan only told me to contact ilending/cancelations and send letter to ****** and another agent at ilending via chat box said agent should of done this not the customer so everything said and done its been over 2 months after I was told it would be 8 weeks to correct to my original $5200 refinance. still no change just misguided emails of things i already done. I was told everything was taken care of ...this was Feb 6th 2024 still no changes through ****** and still showing I owe $9300 not $5200 minus the 2 payments Ive made to ****** already since. and they send through docusigned and you cant access the papers unless they send code from ilending if not done in certain time then your papers you sign are inaccessible.
