I just finalized and closed my refinancing deal with the help of ************** and I couldn't be happier! I got kind of a bad deal when buying my car initially and was very wary during this process, but ***** was kind, patient, efficient, and completely transparent through and through. He communicated with me the whole way and listened to all of my needs and concerns. My interest rate was cut in half and I saved about $8K on my overall loan. ***** was just what I needed to get my bill paid off faster. But I would like to have had a 6.5 interest rate, what I settled on was ok, I believe this loan institution , are very good at what they can do for the little people like me. Thank you an have a great day.iLending Response

Im not sure what to think about iLending after filling out the app, I was contacted by **** and we started the process, he asked a bunch of questions which was understandable, after the questions, he asked me to send my ID, registration card, bill of sale of my lender now & a picture of the mileage. I sent all the info. He texted me that he heard from the *********** will go over the numbers with me but I didnt receive a call that day, so I called him the next day. During that call he asked me to unlock my Experian account so they could go back in because he wanted to get me a better deal. I asked what was the deal you had now? He fumbled.around and never gave me a straight answer. Red lags for *** unlocked it reluctantly than I received a text from ** stating that the credit bureau put a freeze on my account & I need to call them then call him back to start the process over with searching for another deal because he wanted a better deal for me. I called him and asked him why would the credit bureau do that and he said maybe because they think something ***** was going on with my account.I locked my account t even though he said they froze it than texted him to tell him I wanted to stop the searching because I was NO longer interested. I called JH yesterday (3/1/24) and the woman that answered the phone said he never responded to her ************* will give him a message to call mestill NO call but when he thought I was moving forward he called me right back all the time.My question to ************************* is: what happens with my personal information?Please adviseConcerned CustomeriLending Response

I apologize for the wait on your refinance to go through. While we have submitted all your information to your new lender, we are still awaiting the funds to send to your previous lienholder.
