              My Father in law passed away on March 15th. We paid off his car loan (a little over $10,000) and even with the DMV having transfer on death already set up prior to his death. The bank didn’t want to release the title to us or give us back the 10k that we used to pay off the loan. The bank told us to go to the register of wills to get a restricted Affidavit however the register of wills would not provide this to us as they said there was no reason to get this since the car was titled transfer on death. We then went back to the branch and explained all this and they still would not provide us with the title nor give us any next steps to get the title. I asked them to give me the funds that I used to pay off the loan and they wouldn’t refund me either.

              Dexsta Credit Union is a Dishonest credit union, When I first joined in 2005 they stole money from my co-workers and my self accounts, months later the money was put back in our account. Recently I transferred my car payments from the Dealership which charged me only 7 to Dexsta who did not disclose they were charging me 7 1/2 percent. I am a senior citizen and Dexsta did not disclose they were gone to charge me more in car payments. Dexsta don’t apologize, just make my payments 7 percent.
