My wife and I returned our furniture in July 2024 for a refund we were promised a link to be sent to us shortly after the furniture was picked up from our home. We opened the link and tried to follow the prompts for it. It immediately failed to load or let us gain access to create an account to have the money sent back to us via ****** ***** ** ****** It kept giving us a security error message or couldn't authenticate us.(First Attempt) We then contact customer service and were told that since the link did not work the computer system will automatically generate a paper check to be cut for the refund associated with bank of America they told us 7-14 business days we would have the check mailed to us **** 40 days went by literally a whole month we called every day to check on this refund bobs told us we have to just wait it out. We called back after day 42 they told us the check has been lost in the mail. Mind you they are issuing a refund for a large amount of money, and they do not have a tracking number to give you so you can track and see where your check is. How CRAZY is that. your sending a check for thousands of dollars and you cant send me a tracking number or you guys cant send it via ***** ** *** its absurd this same thing I just stated was cloned another 2 times 2 more failed links and a second check lost by bobs that was mailed out to us and we were told to wait wait it would come within 7-30 days now its been 3 months we still haven't gotten 1 dollar back or a check for the furniture returned in July its now September 19 we are on the 3rd failed link and they are telling us they will cut us another check and send it in the mail in 7-14 this is a scam bobs stole 3,495 dollars from my wife and I you cant even talk to there accounting department there is no such phone number and the representatives have to communicate with them via email to get answers about refunds its the most ghetto scam I have ever seen in my life next step is suing for our money!!!
