    Hello There.I really need help here . The Hughes Management & Consulting, Corp. managing the property at ********************** in ************* ********. It is a condo building where I owned one of the unit. The unit is rentable , so I do have long term tenant in there. Per *** rules & regulation I have to submit the renew Lease before the expiration date . The expiration date was November 1st 2023 . I did submit the Lease on October 8th 2023 , three weeks before the expiration and asked for the confirmation. I was totally ignored . I called in many times as well and I spoke to different office staff , no solution. They keep saying " we'll send you confirmation " but they never did . I posted a bed review for the management and I thought they'll reacted somehow to it . They sure did , they start sending me a violation fee for not providing a renewed Lease started with $75 . The office staff never confirmed my endless emails. I keep sending emails with the renewed Lease attached and keep asking for confirmation , no reaction but the fees are growing every month . I asked to speak with the *** director and to participate on board meeting . By the time meeting was called , they keep sending me a fee and I continue sending the Lease , again with total ignorance by the management company . When the meeting was schedule , someone called me FROM NO CALLER ID number without introducing him self and held a conversation with me stating that he is the board member . I explained the situation to him and clearly stated they I have a prove . But this person never gives me an opportunity or chance to redeem my self and provide the prove of all emails that was sent over with attached Lease . After few days I received email from management company stating that I owed $450 and I have to pay within 14 days . OMG !!! This is a clear extortion . I don't know what to do at this point . SEEMS like I have no choice but to pay $450 or go to court .

    We have made every attempt to work with *****. ***** has been provided 2 hearings before the ***** of ********** The ***** of ********* have made the Determinations for the fines. ***** has discussed, via phone last week, the same violations with the ***** President. ********************** Management is only the administrator of the association. The documentation below is only a small portion of the interactions with *****. Additional office visits have involved ****************** and screaming with the Police having to be contacted.
