              I order a set of quarter panels from Jegs. They were supposed to br here in January. They sent an email saying they would now come in April. April came, then they said that they can't get the quarter panel as they are discontinued. They say that they were going to put a credit on my credit card on April 11. It'd supposed to take only 3-5 days to get it. I have emailed them and they still did not credited my account. All I want is my money back that they have kept for over 5 months.

              First off ordered a toolbox from them. Box got here and right away after opening it top of the box is caved in and bottom corners are all rolled over. I called customer service line because I guess you can return toolboxes on line. First time a call them I'm the 50th caller. Alright not bad should be quick, nope all hold for 3 hours and 30mins just to finally talk to customer service and get ghosted by the company. The I was offer 50% the box, damage is beyond fixing and told them I wanted a refund. Agent said ok we can do that, we'll get FedEx back out there. After that I've been completely ghosted not given a day or time when fedex would pick it up. I've emailed the agent and called. Still will not call back or respond to a email. This is a horrible way to treat a customer. Still would like my full refund as I have a useless toolbox.
