              I joined Camp Gladiator in 2017 and I loved it. It was amazing. Covid hit and obviously everything shut down. But they found a way to work around it with at home work outs and I renewed my membership when it was up. I stopped using it and in 2021 called to cancel my acct. I was told I had to cancel at the end of my term unless I had a doctor's note for an injury. I had six months remaining on the account. In this time my card on file was either stolen or I got a new one yet they continued to charge my card. I have had 2 new cards in that time and had another issue with my card. That is the only reason I found out I still have an acct. They have been charging me $35 a month for over 2 years. They tell you all accounts auto renew but I had spoken to someone in 2021 and thought that was sufficient enough to get my account cancelled.

              Have been trying to cancel our membership since our instructor quit and am not able to make it to others around me due to time. Have tried canceling online, trainer couldnt cancel as they removed her before her last day was over. My husband and I have left several phone messages with no response. Phone number is almost impossible to find. Very unhappy with the way they run their business.
