            This company tried to trick me and charge an exorbitant amount of money for precious metal coins they told me were "market rate". This was a lie. The techniques used were evasive, deceiving, manipulative, and ment to fool and trick me out of MASSIVELY INFLATFED PRICES. Last minute techniques were utilized to trap me in a bad business deal, all while ensuring me the price was the same as all other in the market (within reasonable tolerances). The company has reviewed all of the recorded tapes and apologized for their actions. Demand 1. All other victims of "ITM's business practices" be notified and compensated for their losses. 2. Compounded interest on the funds ($65K) sent to ITM Trading and spitefully delayed in returning funds intentionally 3. Wire transfer fees of $10 (rejected by ITM Trading for whatever reason) + $30 for the 2nd wire fee. 4. Compensation that reflects the apology of inappropriate and wrong business practices that ITM Trading has admitted to 5. Reg Agencies

From a **********************, it is very comforting to be able to talk to a real person when you call the company's phone number, especially at a time when you need guidance in your decision-making task at hand.
