            On the date of May 23,2024 I purchase a CEU package to renew my education credits and did not complete any courses. On the date of May 24,2024 I reached out to elite to request a refund and when I got to the part of inputting my credit card number the phone disconnected and the employee didnt reach back out. So I sent an inquiry and was told to wait for the refund. Today I sent an email to 2 email addresses from the website and it shows that Ive been blocked access of sending emails. This is money that doesnt belong to them.

            The **** training and Human Trafficking (requirements for Texas physician licensing) were easy to use, simple and concise. Unfortunately, I was unable to log back in to complete the opioid prescribing function after leaving for a few hours. Apparently, Safari is not supported. If you use Safari, I definitely would look elsewhere for the required training. The Customer Support Agent was helpful but didn't resolve my issue. He was able to refund my purchase on the phone.
