    Good day,My name is *****************************. I bought a vehicle through ****** drives. The company Canada Drives set me up with is Apex auto alliance. The owners are **** and *****, I do not have last names.My purchase agreement was signed on May 31, 2024 and I received the vehicle on June 5,2024. where they took my van in trade. On the first day I noticed a clunking sound in the right passenger wheel, ********* was also louder than normal. I took it to my garage. They discovered they drove from ****** ont to ********* with no air filter and the air filter body not attached to the motor. The clunking sound is a broken bearing in the strut. I then learned that the loan on my old vehicle and the lean I had on my old vehicle have not been paid off. It is not june 20, 2024. I have been calling them for two weeks getting different answers from different people and now no one will return my messages. I have spoken to ************************************ and ************************************. who both have taken my info and concerns and "passed" it along but now say it is out of their hands and can no longer help **** am now stuck paying ****** every two weeks for the van i no longer have along with the lend care loan attached to that van ***** every two weeks as well on top of the new loan of ****** every two weeks as well.I am begging you please help me get this sorted. I've tried everything on my own and have gotten nowhere. I have all my documents in hand.sincerely ***************************** ************ Sent from my iPhone
