  just now New Do yourself a favour and go to an ACTUAL dealer or find one that will tell you the process up front! Biggest headache of my life. Any dealership I spoke too guaranteed me keys in hand within 2 days at most.. this dealership is telling me it could be two weeks signed the financing paperwork Thursday last week.. cars still not even at their dealership and I havent even so much as seen the car. Of course trying to get an answer Im met with someone who seems annoyed that Im calling when I literally just financed a car that for all I know doesnt even exist? (dont work in customer service if you dont want to talk to people) Their process is much more drawn out than any other dealership Ive seen. Had I known the car wasnt even there, i definitely wouldnt have signed the paperwork, I wouldve went elsewhere so that I actually had a car by now.. Worst business Ive dealt with in my life, and thats saying A LOT DO NOT deal with these people unless the car you want is on their lot and you have a minimum of a week or two + to just wait around while your car is somewhere between one unknown dealership and the one they have in ******. Sad when even the lender themselves is disgusted by the way this company does things. At this rate, Ill be paying my first payment for a car Ive never seen ??. Dont be dumb like I was, because I NEEDED a car as soon as possible I signed not realized it would be an absolute sh*t show ??

  Terrible after sales service,even after a week the problem not resolved.Many many texts sent with no response and it was a problem that could be easily resolved yet ignored.Lied about where the vehicle came from and when it was proven it was from Clutch due to specific issues that Clutch was showing on their website on scratches on the vehicle.Detailing,thats a joke,pathetic detailing,a blind man could have done better.A shame that others will fall for the smiles and friendliness.

  Very Disappointing Experience - Misleading and ********************** I recently purchased a car, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and far from what I was promised. Delayed Arrival and Dirty Car: The vehicle took over 10 days to arrive and was delivered in a dirty condition. Not the kind of service I expected when purchasing a car.Miscommunication About Delivery: I was told by ***** that the car would be flat decked to my location, but this did not happen. When I raised my concerns, ***** brushed it off and claimed I had only been told "possibly" which is not what was discussed at all. Also increased the KMs this was not the logistic Mangers fault as discussed. Unreasonable Suggestion: ***** even suggested that I could have flown to ******** and driven the car back myself. This is absurd, as I live 22 hours away, and this would have greatly increased the mileage and cost of the car and time off. Which If I would have known two people were being paid to deliver it, I would have. Being misled in the beginning contributed to my decision not to travel. Winter Tires Not Provided: I was specifically told that the car would come with good winter tires. Instead, it arrived with summer tires, which is especially concerning considering the time of year. Missing Paperwork: To make matters worse, the car arrived without any paperwork or a travel permit. This unacceptable that it was not provided. Still cant drive my car. Arrived without a travel permit, If it would have crashed I am When I said I was going to write a review no only was it denied what had happened but was told if I did he would no longer assist me, and they did. Overall, my experience was incredibly disappointing and is consistent with other negative reviews I've read. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. Their lack of transparency, unprofessional behavior, and failure to meet promises have left me very dissatisfied.
