    Apex auto alliance salesman ***** ********* sold me a misrepresented, unfit unsafe vehicle on the road. Original agreement was signed July 21st. The vehicle was delivered July 31st. From day 1 the engine light turned on. A day after the change oil light came on. *****, their delivery coordinator organized me to go meet one of his friends from EuroExclusive performance in ********, ******************* He erased the codes and said something was wrong with the car and needed diagnostics at a **** dealership. ***** lied and said it was not necessary. He then said he would make an appointment with **** for diagnostics to find out what was wrong with the vehicle. The day after I visited that man at EuroExclusive the engine light turned on again. I called ***** saying I wanted to return the car. He said finance would call me to organize. It has been 3 weeks, going on 4 weeks. They are evading my calls, no resolution, no communication. ***** lied and said he did not agree to a diagnostics appointment with ****, they need to fix the vehicle or take it back.

    I have been so disheartened by this company I originally was dealing with ***** throughout this whole process and then once the car was finalized he turned into a absolutely rude individual speaking to me not in a professional matter at all about my concerns with the condition of my car, the car was delivered July 17 2025 with barely any gas in the car I was to have a Cheque for rebate in the car which was not there, I then got transferred to a manager which she was lovely at first but the situation was just sketchy to begin with when I brought up my concerns they did indeed send the cash back right away, and then got the car detailed but when I brought up that this car was once broken into as there was glass in my seatbelts and all over the car they did help to get new seatbelts sent in the mail. Now Ive sent a message on August 6th to ******* about having this car looked over and the buckles and such done as the second day my engine light came on with a code that I sent over and they say its a bad gas cap but she has since ghosted me and the car is running terribly. Im so upset because I pay a lot of money for this car for this company to be this way, I also did not receive a copy of safety certificate which the seatbelts is part of a safety so I dont believe a safety was done or it was a hot safety for goodness sake my back seat wasnt even connected to my car I have 3 children. This company clearly doesnt care about the vehicles or people just the sale which is horrible. I just want my car to be reliable and safe for me and my family!

    I purchased a 2018 ******* Elantra from **** in July 2024. Just before Easter my car's engine seized due to the car burning oil. I had no indication that this was happening - no sign or light came on. I never received the safety from the dealership and I strongly believe they sold me a car having engine issues. Upon delivery of the car, I also noticed a huge scratch under a headlight for which I contacted the business and they responded it wasn't their fault but the delivery service and I never heard back from them again. I have been trying to contact the company since then but have been ghosted.

    Do not do business with this company, they will lie to you . They insist that you sign a contract for a car that they do not even have ownership of, they sell you a car, then inform you that they have to buy it at a auction, then when they fail to buy said car at the auction, they will not return your deposit. **** gets bent out of shape when I tell him to close my file and return my deposit, he then blocks me. Have asked for my deposit back 3 times now, he refuses to return my deposit, even though he was the one that failed to obtain the car at auction. . Crappy way to do business.. The contract was signed on Feb.10 2025..The amount of the deposit was ****** dollars. I want my deposit back ************** business number is *******, doing business under Apex Auto Alliance/************************

    I purchased the car and it was delivered on January 16, 2025. Shortly after purchasing the car the left driver seat panel at the bottom broke and the vehicle was sold with 2 all season tires and two winter tires which is a safety hazard. I posted a negative review and the dealership assured me that I would be reimbursed for the expenses if I removed the review in good faith. I removed the review and afterwards they indicated I needed to sign a settlement agreement to waive my legal rights which I refused as that was not part of the original agreement.The dealership has repeatedly threatened me with slander for posting a honest and truthful review. I have suffered financial losses as a direct result of my inability to use the car while awaiting the repairs during multiple snow storms. I've also had to take time off work to get the repairs and tires. I am asking for ***** to investigate the safety practices at this dealership and it is my understanding from another dealership that selling a car with mismatched tires is a safety issue that goes against the dealership licensing *************** date, I have not received any reimbursement as originally agreed and they refused to provide contact information for their legal team to formally address this matter.I'm requesting OMVIC intervention. The text messages between ******* and I confirmed that she was going to release the funds once I removed the review which never occurred. I have since reposted the review under threat of slander by Apex Auto Alliance. It is clear they never had any intention of reimbursement me if I did not agree to waive my legal rights to future repairs as per their legal obligations.

    Things started great. Was able to get an approval even with low credit score. Rate wasn't great but was expected. I was told after 6mths, we would revisit. That's when it went downhill. Delivery was days late, delivery guy didn't even know if the ownership was in there, they wouldn't provide report on what was serviced on the vehicle but was told oil change, breaks and 2 new tires, (a month later had to pay $2,300 for wheel barring's, new bushings front and rear, alignment, air and cabin filters). I have been trying to get a hold of them since June 26th via text, email, phone, online submission on their website and get nothing back. This is the most disgusting customer service I've ever received. I cant even change where my payment comes from because no one answers a phone or returns communication.

    On Aug 1, 2024 I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse for the amount of $28,814.87 with a down payment of $9999.00 On that day I was told that the car would be cleaned, and have a safety done on it, and then they would register it. On Aug 17, it was delivered to me at the airport in *************, **. The car was delivered with an empty tank as the driver explained there were no gas stations open at the time, which was false. Getting into the car, it smelled musty. On investigation, the floor mats were thrown in the back, and they were still wet. When I started up the car, right away the engine light turned on. I texted the driver right away, and he explained that it could be because of the gas tank being close to empty, so I put $100 of gas into the car. The engine light did not turn off. I did make the agent that helped me aware of the engine light, and he agreed that it could be the gas tank or something minor. On September 13, we took it into the dealership because of the engine light. After inspecting the vehicle, the dealership found that there were two parts that need to be replaced. The quote was over $2400. Looking back through the paperwork I was given, there is not safety certificate given to me saying it was safe to drive or if they saw anything that may need to be replaced, just a list of things they inspected. I would like the company to pay for the repairs for the parts that need replacement, the cost to have a proper safety done, and any other repairs that need to be done.

    I purchased a ****** Sentra & immediately had major problems with it.I have tried many times to contact the dealership to no avail.I had the car fixed. It was dangerous and undrivable.I would like to use the 90 day warranty provided to get my money back for the repair.They also said that an oil change was done and it was not done. The radiator cap was missing and they were supposed to pay for *******!

    Purchase of a vehicle that an improper safety was done and the vehicle needs repairs and also the vehicle was sold with a certain amount of kilometres and when the car was delivered, there was an excessive amount of kilometres added to the vehicle I contacted and Apex Ottawa alliance forged a copy of a bill of sale with the exact amount of kilometres that I forwarded to you on Vic from a photo that I took on the date of delivery I purchased the vehicle for $20,000 on Vic had said that I fell under the section *********************************************************************************************************************************** that the kilometres were at again the photo that I sent to omvic , which they forwarded to the dealer which was Falsified And now omvic will not honour anything, and the dealer will not do anything I also can no longer get a hold of omvic Nor will they phone me back! I will also be able to provide all the information and documentation. I just have to take photos and upload them to a file. You can contact me by phone or email. I have been dealing with this since March 26 on the date of delivery when the vehicle was delivered to me, the engine light was on, and I noticed the kilometres right away and contacted the dealer directly within minutes of getting the car, they were going to fix the problem. Told me to have the car looked at at a dealer. I brought the car to a dealership which they were going to pay for then when I brought the car to the dealer, they refused to pay the fee because they said it was an outstanding amount of money to pay .

    Hello, we are aware of this concern and are dealing with ****** on this. That being said, all our safeties are done with a garage therefore I am unsure how a improper safety would be done as we do a full inspection of the vehicle before sending off to the client. We also advised ****** that it is a used car and would come with minor issues but there was nothing concerning on the safety or it would not of been approved.

    I am rejecting this response because: the *** marked this car as unsafe due to the seatbelts not retracting and also there was an exhaust leak coming into the vehicle! Causing carbon monoxide coming into the vehicle! I have proof from the *** and since have returned the Vehicle to ************************/ Apex Auto! 
    they are very unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied with how apex handled this situation !

    Hi bought this vehicle for $42K.They charged me for delivery and plates. They didn't get the plate for me I did it myself. When they delivered the car the left their own plate which I sent them back by courrier, they didn't reimburse me. Next day starting the car they were no engine coolant in the car and oil change light come on. Rear breaks are done/finished. I have attempted to call them many times. IF they pick up , they told me they will pass it on to the manager, then nothing..
