    Super Impressed with Renewal by ******** of ** and their team. Right from the first contact with **** who went the extra mile. ****** our project manager was constantly following up at every step and **** our install leader, was efficient professional and on time.     Vi S So far I am very impressed with Renewal by Andersen/**. From ********/design consultant to ******/Installation Team all my questions were answered. They arrived on time and spent as much time as was needed to explain any concerns that they had and addressed issues that I have with other newly installed windows.As this is the early stages with our agreement I expect that our partnership will progress as I await the arrival of my windows.

    My wifes parents chose Renewal by Andersen to replace their outdated windows. After much research, collectively as a family we chose Renew by Andersen knowing they would take care of us. ****** was very knowledgeable and answered any questions they had during his in home visit with my inlaws. ******** care ****** and ***** answered any questions they had and helped them get their servicing completed. Service tech ***** was very friendly , kind and made sure all their concerns were resolved. Overall this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

    Between the Design Consultant (*****), customer service (****** and *****) and especially our installers, ***** and *****, our overall experience was positive. There were some issues with the initial windows and installation however the company was quick to respond. We love our windows!

    I would like to start with I feel for you ********. We started last August with the crafty sales KID. When the sale guy came in and sold us the sliding door he said we would be there in October to install. Even the guy who came to measure said the same thing accept that if we change our door to this size we would have it earlier. So moving forward October came and went with no contact from ********. So I contacted them but it took sometime for them to get back to me. Finally they contacted me and said ok were coming to install your window. One week before Christmas. I said no way. This is unacceptable. So they said end of march. The problem with this company is they promise you things and the blame everything on covid. I really don't care. Stop promising stuff you can't keep. So I said to the rep, I want Renewal by ******** to make this up to me. They quoted $12000 for the door opening to be prepped before installing the window. REALLY !! At best it's $3000. Ripping clients off. The botton line is there not willing to do anything to make up all the issues and problems. So I said I'll take my deposit back and they said no. We have a contract ?? I agree but they also have a contract to do what they said they would do.My thoughts are that NEW clients that are interested in working with Renewal by ******** better make sure if they faulter it says in the contract that there is compensation for you. This company disappoints me.
