Very impressed with their patience (have changed order 4 times) and their ability to put the customer first. They really will do whatever it takes to make us happy. 5 stars***** came to our home in ************** to help us reinstall our screen doors. He reinstalled them, adjusted them and lubricated them so now they move like they are brand new. He also gave me some pointers on accessing windows for cleaning. The after sale service from Renewal By Andersen is first class!!Renewal by Andersen of BC
