5 starsI am quite impressed by professionalism, quality and expertise shown by *** team during window replacement at our house. I must say that the team members - *******, ****, **** and **** are great human beings, they are warm, cordial, always smiling and so much talented, skilled and expert in their work. They addressed all our needs and went on to put proactive extra efforts to flawlessly install great windows at hour house. I am also thankful and appreciate *******************, ************************* for their consultancy and support, *********************** who kept regularly updating on developments before, during and even post project to create great customer experience and also thank entire team at Renewal by Andersen for their support. Really enjoying the windows and great work they completed. My family and I are feeling real warm, cozy and safe inside!! Sincere thanks *** :)

5 starsWe had an excellent experience with Renewal by Andersen. After getting almost 20 quotes we chose Andersen. Though they were the most expensive but their demonstration done by ***** was very impressive. We started with one window but ended up doing 5 big windows. Yes we had to wait for 8 months but are fully satisfied with the end product. ****** and his team, did an outstanding work with the installation. If ever we want to do more windows or doors we will certainly go with Renewal by Andersen. Yes a wonderful customer experience. Thank you..Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 stars****** and **** arrived on time and showed respect for my home by removing their shoes for the short walk from the front door to the basement stairs. The windows to be installed are all downstairs in the unfinished area and in a rental suite that was not ***********. They both showed knowledge and creativity when brainstorming installing the Andersen windows, which are deeper than the ones they will be replacing. And, by remeasuring and code references they found a way to install one window that would meet the current building codes on egressability. So far I am impressed by all the Andersen people's knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and the degree of communication they have with the other employees on their team.Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 starsMy wife and I are both happy with the windows that had been recently installed at our home in *******************. From beginning to end, the team at Renewal by Andersen represents among the highest levels of customer service we have experienced.Thanks to **** (sales design consultant) who helped and suggested the right windows in a particular setting.****** (installation manager) who measured painstakingly the openings to its exact measurements and suggestions.Hats off to Vitaly, Dima and ****** who did an excellent job installing the windows. A fantastic organization!Great customer support from beginning to end of the process especially ***** (care team) who was always there to answer questions we might have.Installation went smooth and straightforward. 5 starsWe had a great experience with Renewal By Andersen. Starting with Sheldon who came to our home to help us choose our windows and patio doors and eventually placing our order. Followed by Darren who did the final measurements. Then came Reggie, our Project Coordinator, who keeps us updated on the progress of the project either by email or thru a phone call. And finally installation day came with the arrival of Kyrill and his team. They did a great job! My kids even commented it was as if no one came over to work since the house remained neat and clean. Now that we have our windows we feel the difference. It is warmer and cozier. Definitely a good decision to have this project done by Renewal By Andersen. Thank you!!!Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 starsA stellar experience! It was our first time replacing windows so we did not know what to expect. Cody made sure we were comfortable and demonstrated all the features of the new windows. Justin did the measuring and Tamara was excellent in handling the installation. When the installation crew had to cancel at the last minute, she arranged for Vitaly and his crew to come the following day and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up so well that it appeared nobody had even been there!Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 starsStarting with our first visit from Cody. He asked us what our major concerns were with our house. He listened to every word we said. We felt comfortable speaking with him and felt an ease as if we were speaking to a friend. I really liked the idea that the price I was quote from Cody, was good up to a year, i felt no pressure to make a decision the same day, but I did.
Tamara, Project Coordinator was in contact with us either by telephone or by email. Josh and his installation team, were right on time, courteous, friendly and they left my home clean. I was in such awe, when I view the new windows and the patio door. The view looks so bright, clear and crisp. The ease of opening and closing is so easy, I can do it with one finger.
We needed a small adjustment with the Patio door and Nick came out and took care of the adjustment.
Everything is great in my home. I have already noticed that my house is warmer. I have received complements from Neighbors commenting on how nice the new windows look and that they did a good and proper job of installing my window.
