    I made a purchase from ****, they used this company PDN Express to deliver. The tracking on this package has been absolutely horrendous. my package cleared customs on may *******. They did not pick up my package until may 25, 2025. The tracking continues to go on and say that the delivery was delayed and then goes on to state that my package was returned to the local facility. Then goes on to say that my package was then collected again by the courier. Now my package is supposed to be out for delivery. It has been out for delivery since June 6th, 2025 and i have yet to see anything. Yes Temu has been good enough to refund my money but that does not give me the package that is currently in their possession. I have tried to call all of their contact phone numbers and all the machine states is that the number your calling can not receive any messages and then disconnects. I have tried emailing there customer service email and they will not have any communication with me. all i want is my package as it was an important present and this company is deciding to with hold it for some unknown reason. Something needs to be done with this company as its not fair that they are doing this.

    I ordered product and this was the delivery company that was assigned to ship and deliver my order however they claimed that the address given could not be located sent me a text message stating that so they had my phone number correct never tried to reach out to me to do the delivery or with issues with the address. I tried calling them on the phone numbers listed it just says the caller cannot receive voicemails at this time it's not even a company phone there's no information or correct address for them listed on ****** at all I tried to send them emails they did not respond to my email I have no way of knowing where my items are and there's no resolution they are completely unreachable. They should not be allowed to run a business without any information like this posted I want them to be held accountable and I would like my product.

    PDN Express "attempted" to deliver my package, but I received no phone calls or buzzer alerts the day of, despite being at home all day waiting for the delivery. I have emailed over 10 times and have not received a response, and calls to the phone number listed on the website are unanswered, and there is no option to leave a voice mail. There was no attempted delivery slip left at my building, and I have no other way to try to get a hold of PDN to collect my package, as there is also no address listed for them.

    This is for the *************** location.I purchased items with **** who used this delivery company. They have had my package since May 18 and it is now June 8 - tracking says it was returned to the local facility and they are redelivering the package however they are not. Many complaints about this company

    the company is based in ******* , says they have had my package since may 12th was delayed delivery they dont have a working phone and will not reply to emails i would just like my package . this is their inforomation but they do not contact u back . even if i dont get my package how are they running a bussiness with no working phones and refusing to reply to my 10 emails

    Purchased an item off of Etsy. Said item was to be delivered through PDN. Got an update saying that during the time of delivery (10:17 pm) nobody answered the buzzer. However, multiple family members at home said nobody at all had paged the house at any given time. Delivery driver did not do bare minimum of even placing parcel someplace where I could access it and leaving an email/text/call about it. I have tried to contact customer service about this but their phone line is dead, will not pick up no matter what. Email is unresponsive, I have no way to get ahold of anyone. Supposed warehouse location in ******** isn't even given. I am beyond frustrated. I do not want money in return, I simply want my package delivered.

    Myself, along with MANY others have ordered a package that they do not deliver. My packaged arrived in their hands 5 days ago has not moved and has not been updated. They do not have a working phone number and do respond to emails. Several people have said they lie a out delivering or just never deliver. Been 4 hour drive away from me for 5 days with no updates and zero response. They are clearly stealing packages and or not doing their job.

    Purchased items from Temu (never had any previous delivery issues from other delivery services) and received notification that package had arrived in ****** and was picked up by PDN Express May *******. Receiving updates weekly that the package is out for delivery but then changes to "Scheduled delivery - Next cycle delivery". I have made multiple attempts to contact using their information from the website with no response.

    PDN express is a supposed courier company in ******. I had a parcel picked up by them at the ****************************** on Monday, May 26. The phone numbers for the company dont work. I did send one email and all I got back was that it will be delivered in one to three days. The reviews of the company are terrible. The company I purchased the item from overseas has done all they can and are sending me another product via more reputable courier company.
