      Somewhat confused. I have been using playnow for around 13 years. Ive had my **** my downs. I feel like the odds are about the same as our local casino. Thats not my issue. My wife deposited $1500.00, as she usually puts a good size deposit in to play slots. Her reasoning is that this gives her a good stack to play with in case she gets down, she can move around to other games to get built back up again. That, and the fact that her credit card dings her $5 every time she does a deposit. Doing one big one makes more sense and doesnt interrupt her gaming. So with this $1500 deposit, she plays for about 10 minutes and gets her balance up to $1900.00. She decides that she is happy with that daily win and withdraws the full $1900. She then gets an email the next day saying her account is suspended and that she needs to explain why she didnt wager the entire $1500. Do we not have the right to cash out when we are ahead? I often go into the casino with more money than I wager. Whats the difference? They would rather me lose than to win and come back again at a later date? They said that we would have to leave the balance that wasnt wagered in our playnow account to use later. This makes zero sense. I have lost a lot of money staying in when I hit a good line hit. Let me decide when to cash out please. Dont use the money laundering excuse as you can easily look at the account holder to see game history of wins vs losses.

      Constant issues with this site. Getting kicked out of games constantly after putting time and money is. There needs to be a investigation into this site

      The worst bingo experience ever!!! Same players winning over and over and over, when you win it's one win once in a while, while you see others win every time. This is a randomly selected game, where the odds are supposed to win 1 in 8 cards but some players are winning 4 to 1. Witnessed a player win 13 rounds straight and seemed to win when the player was behind and when you have 1 ball left and the remaining players have 2 or more, the next ball it's won by someone that should be 2 ***** left What a joke of site.. BCLC showed its a cheater filled site and they claimed they got systems to prevent it I call ********

      Totally ***** 1) It takes forever to load 2) Glitches constantly i was looking at 5 gorillas AND then it Freezes, i near lost 3) BUT WORST of ALL Is , it kicks you off site you log back in AGAIN and your 10 or 20 cent bet i has started back at $5 and it takes a few spins before you realize it, rrrrrg. it, Plus its not just the Gorillas Its the Wolves , and the Elephants too, lets do better bclc.

      i have played slots on playnow for years...but the site has gone downhill ..I used to win once in a while...or at least got entertainment for my money....now it just ***** your money away...if you are lucky enough to win the bonus spins , it just does not pay for what you are spending...I finally got the bonus spins on jinse dao ,,which usually can pay good as it does not appear too often on a $10 bet i was so excited it gave me 10 free spins...I won a total of $40????????????? I may be done with this site forever.....if you do withdraw money I can guarantee that after the withdraw it will not pay anything for a long time.....frustrated and disappointed

      I was playing slots, and it boots me out saying this game is not available in your region, after playing it for 10 or more mins! Or you need to turn on location, buy you have to just to login..Other times I get error messages, but they don't tell me what they mean, ever! And one time I bought a bonus feature, got 12 spins, and during my feature, I hit 3 bonuses again! It said it added another 12 spins, but went back to normal screen and only showed my remaining 3 or 4 spins! And the want an exact time when his happened, but my account history only shows when I started the feature, not each spin! But it does show what spins etc were on each real, for each spin! So I send them pics of that, which they have clearly, and then they say that didn't happen! And I said it came up on my screen, told me I received another 12 spins added to my feature! And the game I was playing adds multipliers, for each win, big or small! But they said their tech team checked it out, and then they had to discuss it with the game builder, and in the end, claim that nothing was improper and that I didn't win those spins! Yet it's there, plain as day, in my account details.... so how does that work? How is that fair play! And I'm sorry to all others, that have been scammed by playnow! Our trusted BC Lottery Corp, just scamming our provincial citizens! That's terrible and shame! How dare you scamming individuals, take from the public of BC for gains? And hide under the shield of the government! What a scam and a sham! Disgusting!!!!! And yes I have pics to prove!

      I have had same issues not winning and game crashes lots and boots you out but yesterday when I did win and withdrew my winnings I was locked out of my account for no reason I contacted them by email and by phone and by live chat proved my identity over and over but no one could explain to me why this happened so I reached out to BCLC as well explaining my problem asking for a supervisor to look into this matter as well What I find odd if therecwas a issue why take your money all night and all day and for weeks and years why not contact the customer to let them know so they can provide documentation or ID anything that is required to help resolve the issue why leave them in the dark not knowing not able to do anything this is unsettling and concerning its like they make up false allegations so they can not payout customers winnings I am for sure this is a criminal offense and against regulations this is a gambling site there are legislation laws and protocols and criminal codes that must be followed by the company and by the customers I feel this company does not follow these rules

      What a special piece of garbage this website isit conveniently crashes every 2 or 3 plays, so that you dont win.Takes forever to load a game.Cant believe this site is even allowed to be operational. NOBODY CARES ABOUT REGULATING PLAYNOW.PLAYER BEWARE My hope is that enough people boycott this gaming site and Playnow suffers the consequences

      I have played on PlayNow for a while now. I noticed often when I have been playing a long strategy waiting for a win, the time my number comes up the system claims I didn't get my bet placed in time when this is completely false. By the number of negative complaints on this site and the chat on their site, I think a government regulator needs to have a look at them.
