      I agree **********, I have lots of screen shots, where game boots you out. PN states oh its your browser etc. I clear my cache / cookies etc. before starting PN & have nothing else open. that's PN response oh it/s browser problems, if your in Edge try ****** vice versa. System error or server problem & boots me out of game, then all other games are black screen. What gets me the most is when the 1 hour pops up, I don't see screen just all of sudden NOT winning anything on game oh but it still keeps taking your money but no wins. I get out & *********** the 1 hour of play is there, if I choose continue all games black screen I have NO choice but to log out. Really ***** if you happen to be doing well. PN stated oh it will close down game, black screen when 1 hour pops up, I said ALL other games black screen oh that's browser etc. etc. but it keeps taking my money til I realize 1 hr. PN greedy! I had 2 years of NOT winning anything. I play to keep my mind off of work & my son's dad health (cancer). I get it's gambling. I'd like to keep money in ****** but out of country slots at least pay way more & I've never had glitches ever, not once

      Horrible site. Games crash in midst of bonuses, seems just as your winning it crashes, reboots and you loose. Not entertaining, very frustrating. The surveys dont get read- they are sent cause they have to. If they were read someone would actually respond when you ask for a call back. **** is ******** peoples money- I have screen shots of error messages and customer service insisting its on my end when it says otherwise. Horrible

      I,m contacting you in the hope of finding someone I can make a complaint .... about an account lock Mine since Nov 4th 2023, The security department requested documents be sent to them proving ownership of all the transactions on my account.,Gov ******** card and pics front and back,credit cards front and back.Last .Bank statements time and dates transaction and confirmation numbers. numbers...Thursdaywas the last set of documents I've sent and still the accounthas notbeen unlocked.IN fairness to the worker I emailed repeatedly for a few days asking if my account was unlocked and after Thursdaysent a few more emails asking again if the account was open. Since Thursday and Friday, I haven'****** a response from anyone. Maybe because i keep repeatingand might be coming across as rude which are not my intentions that the fact the accounts not open is frustrating,I,m under the idea that ***** separatedocuments would be well enoughto prove ownership and the transactions with the finances match to BC PLAYNOWrecords was enough. My account has ****** dollars and jan 2022 to nov 2023 I've deposited 45 000 $ and withdrew 25 000. $ loss of 15 000$ that goes to charities. There's no nothing shady going on in my account . I did self exclude myself for 8 months or so. Ok thanks for taking the time to read this and hopes i can get my account re **********. Now is There any thing I have to supply for the account to be Un locked .

      This site is a joke. Totally rigged. Nothing but problems. Games freezes constantly and kicks you out...missed bonuses because game malfunctions and the wins are absolutely pathetic. Don't even waste your money on this site....go elsewhere.

      How much money and what game do I need to play to get bonuses. If you can actually hit a bonus don't expect it to pay more than 10x your bet. Terrible site and its getting worse. Stay away if possible, not worth it. Far better sites if you look.

      The slot machines on this site are TERRIBLE. On the once in a blue moon occasion where the games do seem to be paying out a little, they KICK YOU FROM YOUR SESSION in the middle of play with "server lost" errors. Once you go to log back in and open the game again, it will drain your account at a lightning pace. Definitely rigged. I think there's something deep in the programming that will boot you if the machine actually is starting to pay. This needs to be investigated.There's NO CHANCE the pay rates are as advertised. Not even close. The frequency of pay is straight up thievery. If you play slots frequently enough in a land based casino, you'll get your share of decent wins. NOT THE **** HERE. It's nearly impossible to win anything half decent, but it's nearly an every time occurrence when it'll drain your account ruthlessly. Nobody expects to win in the long run and it's ultimately just something for entertainment but the pay on these games is straight up malevolent. One assumes that because it's government ran that is must be legit but I promise you that it's not the case.I first started playing on the site because of the covid lockdowns and I've routinely stuck with it merely because of the convenience but after several years of playing, the evidence is clear, THERE'S NEXT TO NO CHANCE TO WIN.If anyone out there is reading this, please heed my advice and stay far far away. The games are slick and look like the ones you see in casinos, but I promise you the pay rates are VERY different. This government needs to be investigated. There's some seriously wrong taking place here.

      Quite often their slots are dry. You end up betting $30 or $40, only to see occasional $3 wins for 2/3 of their online machines.No incentive to play...

      They are scammers scamming quickly and with smart strategy on roulette and other live games every thing is pre fixxed smartly and cant prove anywhere but when you see and analysis things yes they are scamming with numbers e.g. when they repeating the same number 3times it means they know where they are putting the ball and they use this practice many times to loot every day and once you come into their scam you have now choice to get rid out of that I scam $20000 by this govt orgnised scam I want just shut down this scam now for ever.
