07/12/2024 wedding set to kays in Bethlehem, ga, got a call first of August said they were stolen from UPS. mine was not certified diamonds however was told it did not matter just find something I liked same carat. did so then the manager came back and said can not be the set i picked out cause it was a certified set. I have picked many rings to have sent to their location with only being able to get 3 rings in stating they can only request certain kinds. I have had to choose from 3 rings and still do not have an answer if KAYS corporate office is going to approve the one I picked. Wedding bands are bigger carat weight trying to match the ring i picked. I have multiple text from the manager stating all the issues and lack of communication from them. I will be glad to upload them however It is has her personal cell number. I have called and left my number for call back from corporate I have talked to ***** at the corporate customer service one time with NO HELP in getting this resolved in a timely manner. I have left another call back and no response. Went to the store again on Saturday 8/24 and manager is waiting to see if the one I picked from the THREE that have been available to me will be approved with the wedding bands to match. Manager states she has other cases to work on, not just ours, if i want to drive around to find a set she will try to help me. Kays has slim selection to pick from that is not certified and that is not lab created a slimer selections that apparently the manager can have shipped to her store. There is so much more to this complaint you would be able to see just how hard i have tried to get this resolved however, again this the managers personal cell number she is texting from. please let me know if you would like the text messaged uploaded to this email.
