      Placed in order online with K jewelers for a $5000 engagement ring, I received a confirmation bill was paid in full. I received an email for a shipping date of July 29th with a July 31st delivery. Never receiving any email advising shipment. Was sent several contacts were made to customer service. The only issue I get from customer service is we're gonna to escalate. You can see what the problem is well. I have 4 exclamations and not one email. ****, call back when I call today again. They cannot give me an answer. As to why? The ring is not being shipped. Can I guarantee me a july thirty first delivery, I asked for a contact number for leadership. They cannot advise me told me. They don't have direct numbers. I guess for a manager or supervisor they told me. They cannot contact one on the website or chat. Site, this is a horrible place as they guarantee the best assistance possible. And this is the worst assistance, and the worst. And horrible experience I've ever had to go through. I have an engagement party set app for the following weekend, but I have to cancel it due to the fact. Nobody knows when the ring will get here and the ring is the most important part. I need my money returned, and I need Compensation, as they're telling me that this ring cannot be canceled since it was already ordered

      When I saw the Company, Worthy. I got excited because I have a lot of natural diamonds, given to me, by my mother and havent seen a selling site like this before. I also have amassed quite a lot of pieces myself, in the vault. So I decided to, reach out about a ******, ring that I have. ****** jewelry is very expensive, and he did settings, for ********* ******, when she was living. I sent the description and pictures of the ring. I got a reply from, ******, Sales Assiciate, stating that I was a VIP client and I believe, that was because it was a ****** piece. He stated that, he would like to have a video call, to discuss the ring. I tried to make an appointment, with the link, he sent. When I did that, it said, the ring had been sold. So I called, to ask why. The telephone associate, said that my ring was not a ring that, would qualify, or WORTHY, for sale. I asked to speak with ****** or for him to notify me by email. He did nothing!! No call back, NO email, just left me hanging. I also think this because, I waited a week to call, patiently, I now, know if I, hadnt made the call, I would have never heard from ANYONE! This information, about my ring, was given to me, from the Associate, answering the phone. So no, correspondences from anyone!!!!Not and EMAIL!Not a Call!Not a single, RESPONSE! I would have then, tried to sell some of my many other, Natural Diamonds, but after this, kind of total disregard it left me, no CHOICE, than to seek sales, ELSEWHERE! This is your, MISSION STATEMENT. HERE AT ******, WE STRIVE, THE VERY BEST IN SERVICE, TO MAKE YOU FELL ENTIRELY, COMFORTABLE, EVERY STEP, OF THE ****** Now, MaKenzie, I ask YOU? Did this SERVICE, HAPPEN, FOR ME? I think, NOT! Now after, the fact, Im getting more and more correspondence, from a COMPANY, That I Dont THINK is WORTHY!!

      Had my black diamond ring set silt together and the diamond came back different. I followed steps to get the problem fix. They believe the jewelry that repaired it and quickly dismissed my cases. They believe I'm lying and not the jewelry. So my ring is damaged and I just supposed to accept it I asked could they send it to a different jewelry and have the diamond weighed so if they believe him so much do that to prove me wrong

      If I could give this company 0 stars, just like everyone else I would. They do not honor their warranty. They sold me a warranty under false pretenses. I sent in a piece that I warrantied and they removed the links saying "hallow jewelry cannot be repaired". Then told me they cannot replace the item because they no longer make it. Therefore I paid for this "Lifetime Warranty" that barely lasted 2 years for absolutely no reason. This was the shortcut version to this BS.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. The entire ************************ and every store in ******* is trash! Low quality jewelry, and paying for a warranty doesn't matter because they don't honor it. ***************** especially at the ********************** locations is awful! Definitely not Customer focused. The manager at the ********* location named **** and the associates were very rude with terrible attitudes. I've been in contact with corporate and still no resolve. The moral of this is, you get what you pay for. Low quality products and even lower quality service. Will never shop at ********** again. ??????

      I brought my 14K gold Omega watch to Kay Jewelers (Location - **********************, they are closed or out of business) to have it cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, they gave me back a 10K Bulova watch that looked very similar and unfortunately, I didnt notice the switch right away. It wasnt until later that I realized my original watch, which held both financial and sentimental value, had been replaced with a cheaper ******* am shocked and deeply disappointed. I trusted *** with a valuable item, and instead, I feel that I was deceived. I didnt contact the store because they are closed. This situation feels like theft, and its completely unacceptable.Unfortunately, I dont have any proof I didnt pay close attention because I trusted them. I can only show what my watch looked like and what I received in return. In any case, its deeply unfair that they took advantage of my naivety and ******** also writing reviews to warn others: do not leave your jewelry with this store without taking detailed photos and getting clear documentation.I hope this issue will be taken seriously by Kay Jewelers, and that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to someone else.

      I’m reaching out because my ring has now been delayed for over two weeks, and this situation is becoming extremely frustrating. We have had this ring since Feb 14 2025, When we first purchase the ring they sent it out to get it resized and the repair shop took off the gold in the inside of the ring when it was not suppose to be taken off. We took the ring back in June 9th to get it deep clean and they took the gold off again when the notes stated to not take off the gold. So they had to send It back in to get the gold put back on. This ring is brand new and we have only had it for four months with already issues from the repair shop. We are very frustrated because every time this ring gets sent in the gold is being removed. It has also been 2 weeks and we still do not have the ring.
      I need a clear explanation of what’s going on, how to prevent the repair shop from removing the gold. and exactly when I will receive my ring — in the correct condition..
      Please respond as soon as possible, or I’ll have to escalate this matter further.

      ******* purchased my ring at zales. I took it in on May 21 to get it sized. It is now June 13 and I still dont have it!!!!!!! Don't ever buy anything from them. They are terrible!!!!!!!

      My review is for *** Jewelry hence Signet Jewelry ************** if I could leave negative 5 stars -5 I would! First let me say Im a general manager and my personal credit has no problems until I shopped at *** Jewelry! I set up for auto draft! My payment cleared and bank statement showed the payment cleared! Then these clowns CONCORA placed late payments and fees etc on my credit report! I would call and prove the CONCORA WAS IN ERROR! They said they would fix it and remove the late fees. Then 60 days later same thing happens over and over!!!! They caused my personal credit score to fall over 100 points over a 6 month period! I just called them and paid it off in full. NOW ******* ITS MY TURN! GET READY FOR THE FEDERAL TRADE COMM COMPLAINT THE NC ATTORNEY GENERAL COMPLAINT FILLED Im done with this NONSENSE AND YOU WILL REPORT MY CREDIT CORRECTLY TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. Look at your terrible reviews and the reason your company is closing!!! STOP BLAMING COVID!!!! Its your companys payment processing poor business practices thats the problem!

      After purchasing 3 pieces of jewelry at the Texas store, the representative was so kin and understanding and provided each expectation seeing as I had to ship the jewelry to ** for my nephews birthday. She put my sisters information to pick up the order on each page and very clear instructions for the ** store to follow. I tracked the package and it was delivered 5/21/25 however my sister never received any calls. I spoke to ****** 5/23/25 at 10am and he had no idea what I was referring to and stated he would reach out to *****. I never received any updates and called Texas and they too never spoke to ** and I spoke to ** again and they advised me I should be hearing from *****. I then had my sister go to the store and Lawsen and ******* were very rude and nasty and did not even want to release the items to her, they did not open the boxes to allow her to see the items and she very clearly saw her name on all the documents stating to PLEASE CALL. This is upsetting and very disgusting behavior from this company.
