    I take my car to repair shop 21NOV2023 for coolant and filter-cabine air services when *********** ****** and ******** ****** finished she informed that my car need serveral services to be done if I want the can do it the same day.okay I agree for him.then after the finished the call me that my car is fixed and ready to pick-up and I go to take it and I pay2434.71$.i put the gaz full then I started the car bigining to smell bad like engine smell and the engine light which was not displayed on my screen starts to appear on my screen and I bring it to them.22NOV2023 she call me that my car is fixed and ready to pick-up and I go to take it but it still smell little and she says if is still smell I can bring back after 2weeks.After 4days reste the next day I drive the car and the engine light appear on my screen again and I bring it to them.27NOV2023 after inspection Bryan D***** says that it need services and before that I have to pay 750$.I say no I already paid and couple minutes he call me that my car is fixed and ready to pick-up and I go to take it and after 3days driving and 3days reste the next day I was on the road to the work for my first day when my car stop(is overheating) and I towed the car to the same repair shop.7DEC2023 the says is my fault if they car is had overheating it's not our fault and they charge me13500$. I say to him I don't have any moeny.is expensive for me.I trying to talk with them but they still not responds and I call police for them and after they police says he can't do anything for me it's lawer who can help me for this.I trying to call there big manager BOB he talking laoud on me in his celle phone and I trying tell him to calmedown but he say he don't wanna listent to me any more and I have to come take my car to repair shop.11DEC2023 I take my car and I towed to another repair shop and after inspection he say is overheating it need replace the whole motor.I loose my job I still at home please I need your help, I have a lot of bill

    If I could give this sales team and GM a zero star I would. Very dishonest, shark like behavior. Please don't waste your time and money dealing with non honest professionals. At the end of the day these people only care about them selfs. They are so bad here, I will never support this company.
