The management at Sunset apts is very dangerous. She gossips to tenants about other tenants lives and what is going on in their apts. She ignores requests for maintenance. When tenants complain to her about problem tenants she goes back and tell the problem tenants. This madness creates a hostile environment in the building. The problem tenants will then start harrassing the complaining tenants. The problem tenants smoke drugs and leave the drug paraphanalia in the halls. They throw trash around the property and on other tenants patios. They fight up and down the stairs. The police have been called several times. The problem tenants vandalize the complaining tenants cars. This manager at Sunset apts must be friends or a relative of the problem tenants because she does absolutely nothing about it. The problem tenants also have different people running in and out of their apartment This is government housing and I'm sure ALL of this is against the rules and law! None of this should be happening. Metropolian Associates is a company with a good name, However the management at Sunset apts is a atrocious! I love renting from metropolitan Assocites they are an A+ like the BBB says. This manager at Subset Apts is just one person. This type of management is a complete diservice to this company!
