      I moved out early cause I had nothing but problems since I moved in. We had issues with roaches, racists neighbors, neighbors outside drunk and ******* ************* saying they were going to ***** ** *** place, loud music. A possible *************** in one of the buildings. Even though it was found out to be not true it isn't a good look on the apartment complex. I have emails to the property manager at Morgan grove and sent things to the VP with no resolution to even try and have them let me out of my lease. My daughters therapist even wrote a letter saying how it was unsafe for her and her family to live there and advised us to move. Still no help. The grounds of the property are also very poor and unkept the hallways are always dirty and the constant smell of ******************* coming though the patio door. Sounds of the neighbors banging and sounding like people are jumping off the walls.

      I just moved into my apartment. While moving my box's into my apartment. The "main service member/head of repairs maintenance member" (***)Had not only attempted to hit me with their golf/go kart But proceed to threating me about removing the stick from the door.When I went to the main office to report this I was meet with "Oh he's just passionate" that was no passion it was aggression."He's been here for 12 years" so he either has a history of treating people like less than people. Even after I had shown a video of their sub contractors as witnesses I was still met with " he's just passionate", "he gets very energetic/enthusiastic"So when he finnaly let's his ptsd or his aggression take over im just supposed to not be worried this man who has keys to my apt keys to my building to not continue to threaten me an others. Or when he just decides to run over someone because again driving into someone is trying to run them over it is a form of assault. They are just gonna over look it because he's been here so long?!?! So he still gets away with it. Worst place to live.

      The worst experience ever this apartment community is very ghetto I've had so many things happen to me in this 2 year period of living in the he south gate apartments that it would take up pages in short do not rent from metropolitan associates very bad experience and rent 1200 a month not worth half of that.
