              Date of transaction: March 19 2024.I ordered a caliper,rotor,& brake kit from RockAuto(see attachment) They sent it by *****,and when it arrived the box was beat up,as if it had been dropped off a truck. Inside one of the calipers (painted red)had the paint scuffed off.So I complained to ***** who said I should talk to RockAuto(see attachments).Now after recieving $157.16 the RockAuto automated customer service refuses my request to return the leaking caliper.I have had an e-mail exchange that started well and now after returning half my original cash outlay my e-mails are being ignored.I just want what they promised me either a new set of calipers or the remainder of the money ($197.43usd)they charged me.

              I have purchased 2 different sensors from Rockauto for a dodge ram diesel . 1 aM.A P. sensor and 2. a M. A.F. sensor both have failed within 60 days of the end of their warranty period. Talking to other Dodge ram owners they have had the same problem with RockAuto electronics made in China. They are of inferior quality with a very short warranty period. Rockauto should refund all buyers of these products and put a warning notice of the inferior quality on each product description. Both items failed and had to be replaced by factory parts to make the vehicle operate properly.
