    "i received the wrong part, there listing is as incorrect and when i went to return it you can only contact someone via email they kept asking for information unrelated to returning the part but i provided photos, measurements, original part numbers, the correct part number and even explained to them if they took the parts out of there own stock they could clearly see they did not fit together but they still continued to say they needed more information, i feel the return process is purposely made extremely difficult to persuade you not to return the part. i have never had such a hard time or asked to provide so much information to return a part especially when there listing is incorrect." ...     "After a week of driving and the installation of front break pads with rotors I noticed a sound on the front side of my vehicle I called my mechanic. He came over and removed front tires, disassemble break pads with rotors and we notice that with in a week of driving the vehicle the break pads showed significant signs of wear and tear on the pads, chunks of ceramics from the pad were missing on both sides of pad." ...
