I had them come out just for inspection. Advertised ***** inspection. Tech came out stated he could not do anything. Charged my elderly mother ******. And stated he would do work after electrician came out. We only wanted inspection. They accepted check from my 80 year old mother. Electrician came out stated electrical needed to be updated. Quoted ******. My mother 80 years old does not have money to get electrical updated. Took check for ****** did nothing. I made over 10 calls to manager. He was so rude to me. He didn't realize I had people listening while he was cussing at me and calling me inappropriate names. Also he stated he called me ..guess what i have cell phone records no calls. ******** has no calls from Beacon plumbing. I have worked with many companies, this is the worst...Marshawn advertises for you...my 80 year old mom loves the ******** has been fan for 20 years. She wanted to go with Beacon because of Marshawn. Left 10 plus vmails...no call backs...Talked to manager he always had excuse. Last conversation was we cannot get money back, we have a credit now. Credit for what?? my 80 year old mother has no way to do laundry, no money back. They said they were going to get shocked due to old electrical. Ok....why charge her? When will she ever use credit. Manager suggested to use generator or neighbor power... we accommodated had set up for him. Suddenly he said it was not safe. Ok give this lady back her money clearly you cannot help her. Bottom line worst case of elder abuse ever seen.....................My mom went to Beacon because of Marshawn.....Manager does not care. We have no recourse. No calls no Texts.. remember its all easy to get records....If you want a company to rip of old ladies ....Choose Beacon plumbing....they should be ashamed of themselves. SHAME ON BEACON PLUMBING.............ELDER ABUSE

Went from a warranty part replacement for a 2 year old water heater that beacon installed? to a knock on the door 5 minutes later and a $1000 bill. The guys were super nice but ***********************. Ill call someone else next time.

I had them come out to fix a copper tuning for my ice maker. Two people arrived and after looking at my problem they had to go to their van for 10 minutes to provide an estimate. They came back with a $1400 solution and a $475 solution so I chose the least expensive because I had a rental house. I was shocked by the $475 but I was desperate because I had to be out of my rental by end of the day. They finished the job in 20 minutes and wanted me to pay the $475 (did not include the service fee). I expressed my disbelief that they were going to charge me that much for 20 minutes of work. e plumber explained that they have a lot of overhead in the truck and insurance.....blah blah. I told him it was robbery and so he said "what price should it be" I said more like $250 for such a simple job. He cut the price which was great but made me furious that you're not will to stand up to them they take advantage of you. Imagine the elderly who have been fleeced by this company. After sharing my experience with friends, I was told that this company is famous for this approach and that the plumbers get a commission which incentivizes them to charge ridiculous prices. I am lucky enough to have to means to pay for high prices but imagine those that do not. I cannot believe this business can stay in business with such unscrupulous business practices. I wish I would have had time to read all these similar bad reviews prior to calling them. There is a reason why they have a 1.95 out of 5.0 customer rating.

I had a sewer line that needed to be cleared out (roots) which I discovered when water backed up. Beacon gave me a quote of $12,000 dollars which I initially agreed to in a panic. Later that same day (they had to schedule the work for a week later) I cancelled the job. THEY NEVER CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK AND YET THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Listen to everyone who writes a bad review about Beacon -- they are all true. Beacon is a rip off company that uses flashy ads to sell their dishonest work.
