10/11/2023 i paid ****** for a 2021 Lexus ** 250 F series Certified Pre-own. First of all sales told me car being detailed and be done next day. Two days went by and I was told to come in after 2pm to sign paperwork and test drive the car. The ** had the following * Driver side rear door quarter size hole in the leather * Driver side head light housing scratched. and was told that the best they could do.* Driver side rear panel have a 3 inch long hair line scratch you can see * 1 out of the 4 tires was detail the other three dirty. * inside smell like wet dog. * Navigation have to be programmed and it not so couldn't use it..I was there 2pm to 7pm.. Employee was getting off and they say take the car bring it back tomorrow and they repair above listed item... 10/13/2023 i took the car in for repair as they stated we went through the above issues. i spent 1 hour waiting and when it came back the head light housing still noticeable scratch . pretty much nothing was fix except the rear door leather got patched.. I am so disappointed with this business and I love Lexus ....
