      Horrible, I didn't buy the car, I waited 3 days and they gave me a broken car.Told me they would change the details but they didn't. I'm just tricking you into buying a car. They destroyed my credit score and did a credit check. Disappointed with Lexus Bellevue WA.Now I've been waiting for my money back for 3 days already to go to another salon to buy a car.They are not serious and liars.

      Lexus of Bellevue ****************** has failed to meet my expectations They previously charged (and subsequently refunded) me for a brake job that was not performed, and recently charged me for a drive belt replacement that had already been done by them less than a year and less than 5K miles ago. The brake job charge could have been a mistake, but either the drive belt was not replaced before, or didnt need to be replaced now. In both of these cases when I pointed out the error, Lexus of Bellevue apologized, and I still expect a refund for the drive belt, but I also cant help but wondering how many other times this has happened to me or other customers without being discovered. These examples, along with a couple other minor incidents of statements that were blatantly untrue, make me question the honesty, integrity, and corporate culture of this dealership.On the other hand, I love my Lexus and it runs beautifully.

      My purchase of a 2023 ***** ****** is a disaster. I purchased the car from Lexus of Bellevue in March of 2023. At just **** miles, the air conditioner stopped working. When I took it into Lexus of Bellevue, they said a rock has come through the front grill and pierced my condenser, which would need to be replaced. They said it would not be under the warranty and cost me $4000. I was not happy with this news. I believe there is a design issue with this car if a rock can destroy the condenser in the first few months.In early June they ordered the new condenser, which still hasn't shown up and no one can tell me when it will arrive. One person at the dealership said it could be two months. I am driving my $70K new Lexus in the summer with no air conditioning, and I can't find anyone who cares.I took the car to Lexus of *******, and even though they didn't sell me the car, they felt bad and offered to buy it back from me, which I will likely do. Lexus of Bellevue has not offered anything like that and does not return my calls.

      I would like to warn others that have Lexus cars and deal with Lexus of Bellevue. I went to Lexus to get one of two Lexus cars windshield replaced. Lexus of Bellevue outsource their broken windshields to Signature Auto Glass of ******, **. Once they found out I have ******************** they told me he would not deal with them or call them. The Service manager, *********** thinks nothing is wrong.

      LUXURIOUS is NOT a word to describe LEXUS products. If you are looking to have ENDLESS issues arise with your vehicles .. Lexus would be your match . Please be aware Lexus Corporate will take you for everything youve got. OBRIEN AUTO GROUP has caused me much financial distress. The warranty is UNNECESSARY- LEXUS will not honor a full warranty. Who knew A LEXUS SUV has a BLACK BOX ??? I didnt untilLike many consumersMy LEXUS started on Fire ?? in 2017 ****** responded by stating my Lexus IS old . I purchased a **** RX 300 October 2013 with a full warranty. OBRIEN AUTO GROUP was unable to diagnose an ongoing transmission issue.

      On 11/15/2021 we took our 2016 Lexus 200NX Sport with on ****k miles to our local auto mechanic who's company specializes in Japanese autos. We trust this mechanic. He completed 30k service and said emphatically that the water pump had a leak and needed to be replaced. He could do it but suggested the Bellevue Lexus Dealership (where we bought the car new). We took it there and they denied our claim. Said it was not leaking enough. Also talked to service manager (BJ) who confirmed denial. So basically, they want us to have a complete pump failure on the highway (when we are out of warranty) versus doing the right thing. We will never go back there and will tell our friends and associates. We will be contacting manufacturer and other social media sources.

      I regret to inform of this but me and my family had a very bad experience at Lexus of Bellevue showroom. The salesperson was incredibly rude and condescending. We felt like we were being pressured to buy a Lexus from him then and there and it became very personal to him that we didn't like the NX 300h. I would never buy any Lexus from Bellevue dealership and would discourage others too.
