            On 6/1/2022, I paid RoofSmart $6,995 for them to provide me with 100 feet of 6 inch seamless gutters, soffits and facia after getting an estimate from **** assuring me they could do seamless gutters. They installed the material and left and I paid over the phone satisfied. The hurricane came and tore my roof apart along with some soffits and facia, gutters were intact. After the hurricane, I noticed my seamless gutters were not seamless but sectional and had brackets in some areas and some did not. Some sectionals were leaking. After a year of battling the insurance company, I can finally make repairs. I called RoofSmart to get a new estimate and they told me theyll call me back in a month to make an appointment for an estimate. After a few months of trying them and other companies, I called ****, who initially gave me an estimate, who ive told about the sectional gutters, who said he would stop by, but never did. He stop contacting me and returning my calls. In May 2023 I called again, and got **** to come give me an estimate. We signed the new agreement and estimate that day. A few weeks went by with him giving me the runaround, then told me his manager **** would be calling me, never heard from them again. I just want what I paid for, real seamless, gutters like you offered, and want others not to be scammed by your company.

            Pro all the way. They did say it might be a month before they could get to **.***** called a couple days later. He said they had an opening and the whole job was completed very quickly.They know their stuff. It was my second roof in a couple of years,The company that did the first roof was not nearly as professional.Call them, ask for *****.When naming hurricanes they should avoid any names that start with the letter I.
