    Review for Roof Smart ????? (5 out of 5 stars)Roof Smart did an outstanding job replacing my metal roof after Hurricane ***. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. ***, my consultant, took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable with what to expect. Naty in the office was more than pleasantshe patiently worked with me while I waited for my insurance check to arrive and followed through on every detail without missing a beat.On the job site, **** was the supervisor and truly went above and beyond. He carefully inspected the work, but I have to say the crew did such an exceptional job that there wasnt much for him to improve upon! He even helped me with some missing siding, which was a real blessing and greatly appreciated.The crew was courteous, respectful, and kept everything clean throughout the project. You can tell this company values quality and customer service. I was referred to Roof ********************** by my friend ******, and Im so grateful she didIm now passing that recommendation on to you. If you need a new roof and want peace of mind, Roof Smart is the way to go!

    Pro all the way. They did say it might be a month before they could get to **.***** called a couple days later. He said they had an opening and the whole job was completed very quickly.They know their stuff. It was my second roof in a couple of years,The company that did the first roof was not nearly as professional.Call them, ask for *****.When naming hurricanes they should avoid any names that start with the letter I.

    Excellent company! Wonderful experience.We worked with Roof Smart after a horrible experience with another company. *********************** our salesperson couldnt have made the process any easier. His guidance and ********************** were wonderful! I highly recommend Roof Smart. Their pricing, work ethic and knowledge were amazing. The crew could not have been harder worker or more professional. A+++ for Roof Smart!

    We contacted Roof Smart after a bad experience with another roofer. Knowing the history with our last roofer, ****** came out to do the initial visit and walk through on our roof with **. Discussed the replacement, gutter, adding more roof vents, etc. They provided us an estimate that was realistic, detailed as to what will be done, a timeline, and color samples from the supplier. Roof Smart was on target with the timeline. They notified ** when: dumpster delivery/material delivery/tear off/inspections/re roof. ****** made another visit to our job during the construction process to assure everything was going smooth. Their crews cleaned up every day and friendly. Roof Smart is a local family owned business that has been in our community working hard for so many years! Our roof is complete and looks beautiful!

    When our home was impacted by Hurricane **** **** Smart was the first phone call we made. From past experience we know them to be people of their word, respectful of your property while work is in progress and they go the extra mile to ensure your roofing project is done right the first time!Their stable team delivers quality work & treats your home as if it were their own and the owners are hands-on and available to answer any questions you may have.When we encountered issues with our insurance company and additional documentation was required before they would settle our claim, my plea for help was quickly addressed by ***** and her thorough and comprehensive reporting resulted in our request for supplemental reimbursement being approved. Outstanding company offering outstanding service.

    ****************** was absolutely professional and on time. In my opinion he is one of the best estimators and kept his word. Contract was negotiated and hired Roof Smart. He checked on the progression of the install and kept things in line. The crew that came out to tear off and replace were very professional. I had a statue in front of the house that I laid down. After the job was completed, the crew took the time to reposition the statue. If that is not going out of their way, I can't say enough about the integrity of this company.Thank you Roof Smart for an excellent job.
