      Award Headquarters is a total rip off. We had hotel reservations that were supposedly paid for with our points when we got there we had to pay as much as if we wouldve booked it on our own. Also, they ripped us off on an excursion scam I charge you the same amount as if you couldve booked it yourself so you lose your points and your money

      Hello! I did a name search and I couldn't locate an account with your name with any travel redemptions booked on our rewards program. We checked with our travel center too and they also show no record of travel being booked under the name from this posting. We would be happy to assist further, if you contact customer service and provide more information to help us research.

      ScoreCard is a scam. Not only do they prompt you to use your points in a manner that gives you the least value, but they also change your points on a whim. I had been monitoring my points closely, as I was at ***** and ready to cash them in once I hit ******. The next time I logged in I was at ***** points with no history on any being redeemed. This "company" should be shut down. They are thieves.

      Wouldnt take my password no matter how many times I tried to fix it - on hold for what felt like a day. Still not able to get through. This seems to be a huge scam to prevent you from using your points.

      I visited a ** station to buy drinks and was prompted for a 50 cents discount that did not mention anything about ScoreCard Rewards points. I visited the station 4 times and accepted the 50-cent discount on a $4.00 purchase. Next, I notice **** points redeemed on the ScoreCards Rewards account. I talked with my ************ and Score Cards. It seems they both perceived that the discount should have only prompted at the pump, and only been for a gas purchase at 50 cents off per gallon. That is not what happened and there's nothing they can do to help me. So I decided I'm way too stupid to avoid the potential of grifting. I've stopped using that card and as soon as it's paid off I'm moving on from ScoreCard and the ************ that offered it.

      Had to use all my points by a certain date my bank decided to not use them anymore. Airline ticket purchase went ok but then all the gift cards i ordered never showed up. I called no records of nothing ever being ordered and I couldn't get back into because they closed it.

      I signed up through my credit union , they just give cash credit into my **** card , with my rewards. I just click on the email link and **** it is in my account I'm averaging 100 a month.

      Was looking to order Theater Tickets and the redemption site behaves differently than hotel and flight bookings. I was trying to put my order into the shopping cart to see if would tell me the exact seats that I would be purchasing. Instead of putting it into the shopping cart it automatically checked me out on non-refundable tickets. Only option for for electronic tickets. Site currently shows my tickets have shipped electronically however I have not received them. My customer experience with "supervisor" ***** was extremely unpleasant. When I explained what happen she continued to just state over and over that ordered tickets are non-refundable. I tried to explain I did not think I was ordering them because every other website that has a shopping cart on it places the ordered item in the shopping cart for final purchase/checkout. These tickets were redeemed at 177k points. **** with previous statement with so many complaints I am not sure how they are still A+ rated. Moving my business to ************

      The tickets were sent via email. If you didn't receive them, you may first want to check your spam folder and give us a call back, to resend. Our Terms and conditions for the items are on the website and the cardholder is required to check a box agreeing to the terms and conditions first, prior to submitting the order. There is not an "auto-redemption" option as described above and prior to hitting submit, the cardholder is able to change their mind and back out of the order.

      Scam. Tried to redeem my points for a flight. Got through the process and when finalizing at the end got an error code. Called the number and spent 2.5 hrs on the phone with a "travel specialist" who verbally went through the whole process with me again to find out at the end that one of the flights is sold out. Except when I searched outside of scorecard rewards that's not the case... Whatever, she said she could find another flight. She found one that suited me and was even cheaper. Great! Except SHE got an error when finalizing that process and had to use her "other booking tool". Using the "other booking tool" she was able to find the same flight except it would cost me $500 and use all of my points. No thanks. Wish I could have my time back.

      Our agent first tried to book in One system, then another, and finally went to the Spirit Airlines site to get the itinerary that Ms. Garcia wanted. The agent did advise that fares are not guaranteed until ticketed several times, and she let the Cardholder know that she would not be able to guarantee that the rates would be the same on the Spirit Airlines site. Our agent told the Cardholder that the flight she was looking for was sold out (specifically the return flight) and offered to look at different dates and airlines.
      Often the airlines will have seats that we do not have access to.  With low-cost carriers availability can be a bit more unstable than the experience with (for example) Delta, United, etc. Unfortunately, the last seat(s) available at the fare the Cardholder wanted were no longer available to us.  
      66,222 points plus $524.22 out of pocket was what we were able to gain access to but the Cardholder was not happy with this option. Our agent advised that rates fluctuate daily and that she should keep checking or call back the following day to see if rates went down. The Cardholder agreed to this suggestion and thanked our agent.

      Ordered gift cards and never received. They refused to deal with me as I wasn't the primary account holder but I am primary on one of the accounts we added. They don't care that you don't get your order.

      In order for us to be able to assist someone on an account, they would need to be able to verify themselves as the cardholder or an authorized redeemer. If you still didn't get the cards, please have the cardholder call back to report these were not received and we would open a claim to find out what happened. These need to be reported lost within 60 days.
