Conditioned Air prides itself on delivering unconditional service with honesty, integrity, and respect in every aspect of our work. We are sorry that you experienced separate issues within a short period of time and understand the frustration that causes.
Drain lines can clog at any time, even with proper maintenance. We would not suggest putting bleach in the drain line as a substitute for scheduling a proper maintenance visit.
The visit on 08/28/2024, it was found that the thermostat was not working properly. We do not know the exact cause for the malfunction (possibly a power surge/outage). Our technician restarted the thermostat and then confirmed that it was working properly.
