Conditioned Air is a top company for HVAC work. Last August 2023, they installed a new AC unit in our home, and today ************** Of Conditioned Air did a complete 6 month follow-up ***** was thorough, pleasant, and answered all my questions/ these guys are good!!Conditioned Air Response

Worst. Once they are paid, they are gone! Zero problem resolution. This has been going on for 18 months: high humidity, no correlation between thermostat set temperature and actual temperature. This was a brand new install that they did from duct work to units. They are awful; no return on promises! Parts that were on order were never in fact ordered!Review from Jing P

I rate Conditioned Air's follow up as one star since Collier County inspected their AC system install on August 29 and failed it due to questionable electrical service to the breaker. I called Conditioned Air the same day to request a follow up to fix/respond to Collier County. I have since called and submitted online forms to Conditioned Air a total of five times. I have been promised a call back, but never received one. It's now mid October and the permit stands open with Collier County until Conditioned Air responds to me and remedies the problem.It's unfortunate that Conditioned Air's follow up was so poor after an efficient purchase/installation experience.Review from Jo G
