            Essie plumbing and heating advertises 24 hour service. We signed a service agreement. Our heating has failed.             Installed noisey cheap heating unit and ac unit was not big enough to cool square feet. They take advantage of elderly women and caused a leaking pipe, resulting 7k in excess damage. Laughed at customer crying for help. Customer service has a very cavalier atitude after destroying a customer's home. They simply ghosted the customer played her for a fool. She truley trusted them and found out who they really are. Charged 200 bucks for a 14 dollar capictor, a ripoff, very amituer workmanship. Just to let you know what you are really getting.
