              I hired this moving company on 7/25/17 to move my furniture from Hampton, VA to Texas. Because I was not able to get housing, I used their storage facility. I paid $375.00 a month for storage. On 3/9/22 * * ****** ******* debited $499.00 from my account without prior notice that they were increasing my storage fee. I contacted **** on 3/14/22 to find out why they had increased my fee so much. He said everything had gone up. I informed him that I no longer wanted to use his storage facility and to please deliver my furniture to me in Texas immediately. He promised that he would procure a truck and give me a date in a couple of days I followed up with a certified letter reiterating what we had spoken about over the phone. After not hearing from him I sent him an email letting him know that I was waiting for a delivery date of my furniture. I did not receive a response. I called him again on 4/12/22 and he put me on hold and never came back. The person I spoke with is ****. His phone number is ###-###-####. The number of the business is ###-###-####. The name of the business on my contract is ****** ****** *** ***********. Located *** ** **** *** Rockville,MD ***** phone ************. This address and name is different from the one on my bank statement where they debit my account.

              The movers here are super unprofessional. They literally yell at you on the phone for calling them too much. I still didn't even get my stuff when it's been two weeks already, and they're not picking up my phone again. I don't know where my stuff is and I don't know if it's even coming to me. Looking at these reviews here, I'm also worried that my stuff are going to be all broken and bad when it gets here. Please do not make a mistake and use this company. You will regret it so much. Just use something better with higher quality service with a little more money. The movers here are literally picked up from the street and they can't even speak proper English.
