            I responded to an advertisement for a business loan, and having knowledge of the lending process, I asked specific questions. Will my personal credit be considered to qualify? Answer was "NO". The minimum 5000 per month gross deposits, does it need to be consistent, or do you average? "We Average". Is this a credit and Income driven underwriting process? "No, only income driven". These were the questions I asked, and these were the answers I was given. my loan application was rejected for these three reasons.

            I was approached by a representative of Rapid Finance to obtain a loan for my business. They requested 3 months of bank statements to review the loan. I told them that I had just closed my bank account at a major bank and had opened a new account with another bank. In order to provide 3 months of statements I would have to provide the statements from the closed account and one month from the new account. They said that would be acceptable and I submitted and was approved. Rapid then sent the loan to the closed account which had a negative balance and the funds were deposited. I asked the representative I was dealing with why they sent to the closed account and he lied by saying he had told me. Rapid then refused to do anything to assist me further as I requested another loan to cover the fact that I was unable to have access to the funds they sent. If you do business with Rapid be careful that everything is perfect and don't assume they know what they are doing. BE AWARE!

            It appears there was some miscommunication regarding the bank account that received funding. The bank account that the funds were deposited into was open at the time of funding.
