We will never commission Haverford Homes to build another house for us. My neighbors and I are unable to document issues due to the insufficient white space that has been provided. Here's a list of items we had to replace within the first 1012 years of living in our home: The two HVAC units, both less than ten years old, failed. The original system installed in the house is now obsolete and unrepairable, and the roof had to be replaced because the shingles were discontinued. We also had to replace the entire roof. Moreover, our house was at risk of catching fire due to faulty electrical wiring. These items represent only a fraction of our concerns. We possess a comprehensive list of additional products that have failed to meet our expectations. Consequently, we have decided not to patronize ***************************** again. If you're considering an ****** model by Haverford Builders, think twice.
