All I want is a receipt showing what was paid, when it was paid, how much was paid, and who it was paid to. I have bee trying to get that info for about two months now and still I have not received anything. I owed $1,700.00 and paid over $3,000.00. Beware of this scummy business. I owed them a balance of *******. I made a payment arrangement with them and made my payments on time. One day my employer brought to my attention that I had been ***d and my waged were going to be garnished. They even sent that paperwork to my employers home. I never received anything. So the amount I owed them was $721.56 and the amount they ***d me for was $1125.00. How can I be ***d for the full amount of a debt that I have been paying on and on time monthly. The worst company that is fraudulently hurting people in the justice system and the courts that are using them to collect are signing off judgements without notifying the victim (accused of debt) that anything has been filed for response until it has already been approved for garnishment. I paid the courts in 2012-13 to reinstate my license with a beneficiary payment yet AllianceOne never sent payment and courts can’t find their records. I called to resolve this issue so many times and was ignored by and given incorrect information from both the court and alliance one. The court actually sent me a letter saying I was not allowed to contact them anymore as alliance one needs to handle it. The attorney no one had ever heard of that is on my paperwork with court and never talked to him. Rude and threatening people. They took all my savings and all of my paycheck from my account! Company continues to harass me via text in regards to someone who I don’t even knows debt that they owe. This company claims they don’t know what I am talking about and don’t see my number yet when I call other times the rep says they do have my number and it is associated with Jessica T******* who I don’t know. The last call I made I once again requested they remove my phone number and don’t contact me again but the rep was rude and hung up on me. I am sure this practice is illegal as they continue to harass me for someone else’s debt yet they do not care and continue to harass me. I will be contacting a lawyer if this continues to stop this if necessary but wanted to file a complaint with the BBB first even though the company is not BBB accredited which is not surprisng.AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc. I tried to register online to pay my bill and I get an error message saying that it is a invalid state I live in Anaheim C**** how can I pay my bill if it keeps on saying that I refuse to pay my bill unless they fix this problem I want to take care of this bill from T-Mobile in person but they were not helpful so I want to do it this way but I am getting an error message on this business can you please fix this so I can pay my bill pleaseAllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to pay a bill. They started asking for my personal information. I asked if I could get some information on their business and I was told "No. I am not going to give you any information until you verify your information." I gave them an account # on the notice I received, I just wanted to confirm the agency they were collecting for. We went back and forth (agents name available on request. I am leaving it out per the CUSTOMER REVIEW SUBMISSION TERMS) . I tried to be polite. I was calling to pay, not get out of paying so I don't know why he was so rude. He said he does not have to tell me anything, "This is not a conversation were gonna have. You can verify your information with me or call back later."AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc. I received a letter stating that it was from Unclaimed Rewards. It said I had a $100.00 gift card from Walmart waiting for me but I had to pay $1.95 to activate it and then they will ship the card. There was no information on the business except a phone number. I called BBB to check the phone number and this business came up and I was told it was a collection agency, not Unclaimed Funds.AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc. Response

AllianceOne does not send letters without our company name, address, and phone number and do not offer gift cards in exchange for money. If Anita Woolfolk is willing to forward a copy of the letter received so that we can address it further.
