on september 2 2021 i financed a toyota ****** pickup truck i payed $ 25,399.00 i put $10,000 down and i pay $ 331.73 month i am up to date on my payments in september 20 2021 i took back down there becouse my tacoderter was skipping made a pointent to have it serviced in sepember 21 2021 i also told them my air box was brocken and it need to be fixed . they gave me a rentel car service advisor alan a**** never order my parts intell my rentel was almost up so i took my truck back after alion told it would be a nother 6 to 8 weeks before it could be fixed i did talk to alan the day i took my truck back he told me he never orederd the air box .in november i called aian and he told to bring my back down becouse the parts were in stock so i did that was on november 22 2021 on 12-2 2021 i stoped down there and my parts were never ordered aian told he was going order them soon so i did not say a word 12-9-2021 **** called me from toyota about the rental becouse it was all most down she told me it would a nother 6 to 8 weeks before i could get my truck back so i started asking questions then aian aimer told me that a nother 4 to 6 weeks and if i took my truck i would ***** to pay for the rental in the mean time the only thing done to my truck was a oil change my tires was not rocated or the trains fuid was not checked and there is 2 work orders that are not completed i had to pay for the rentel which was $1,008.00 i ben trying to get my money back from them becouse nothing was down to my truck to honor the warranty aian also told that he will not honor the warranty i ben getting the run around from ********************** for almost a month now when **** ** calls back it is always at 4:55 pm right before they close they close she told she does too talk to a group . on monday 1-3-22 i went down toyota to see **** ** at 2:15 pm to see **** ** would not see me told me i was in breach of contract . can bbb help me ************* thank you ***************************
