We used the inflatable boxing ring. It’s huge and the kids and adults had tons of fun. Delivery/pickup was quick and on time.

Extremely good experience with Backyard Amusements. I put in a last minute order request and they worked with me to accommodate everything I needed. This is my 2nd time using BYA and both his been positive experiences.

We have used B.A. for three years now, and had not had any issues. Khristin is always outstanding...the equipment is always as ordered. However, this time our event was on a Sunday and the equipment was to be delivered between 8am-noon for a 1pm event. Around 11am we began to worry and attempted to contact B.A. only to get a recording that the office is closed on Sundays. Text URGENT to the number and someone will get back to us. That never happened. Called multiple times, texted multiple times, emailed multiple times and NO response. Noon rolls around and nothing. At this point, some of the 109 guests are arriving. We had 5 guests continue to call and text and even visit the White Plains location, to no avail. We saw a van drive by the house and I recognized the logo. My husband walks to the end of the driveway and sees the van just parked BLOCKS away from the house. Uhhhhhhh???? My husband walked TO the van and I am unsure what transpired, but he returned with the van(s). I would give still give this 5 star review, however, the lack of ANY type of direct contact to someone on the DAY of an event is unfathomable. There absolutely needs to be an oncall PERSON when the office is closed and equipment is PAID FOR and ordered. Extremely disappointed and stressful experience. We just cannot understand why NO ONE called or replied nor answered (even to this day) any of the texts, calls, messages, emails. To continue to hear "our office is closed" on the day of our event was heartbreaking. Just a simple "our reps are running a few minutes behind schedule, they are on the way" would have been sufficient.

Professional staff, delivered and assemble equipment with no trouble. Equipment was clean and in great condition. We will definitely use them again. They were able to accommodate all our needs. Very happy with the service. Great value.

Backyard Amusements is a great company, we had 2 events a week apart and they was able to accommodate us each time. They arrive early so you have enough time to enjoy the set ups. Our event this past Saturday they had a mix up with our moon bounce but the gentlemen went back and got the right character and returned and set us up. We will continue to use this company. Highly recommend

Amazing, fun kids inflatables and entertainment. Used them 2 years in a row for my son birthday party, late both years. This year, over an hour late and came with an attitude. I always pay and book early. I use them due to the variety of entertainment and booking online with payments available to be made online. Attendants were polite.

Very professional and courteous staff. Arrived on time and setup all equipment properly and efficiently. Will utilize their services again.

We had a fantastic experience with Backyard Amusement from start to finish. Khristin was amazing during our initial call helping me with my selection of rental equipment ensuring we had the right items for both fun and safety. We received several reminder emails leading up to the event which made me confident that the company was aware of our rental request and needs. The day of delivery we received a call from Ray to confirm our delivery time. Ray was on time and was incredibly personable. He ensured everything was set up and ready for our party early. He arrived back on time to break everything down. Nothing but great memories from this party, thank you Backyard Amusements.
