Ive never use their service, but the harassment I receive from the mail is unbelievable theyre not even in my area and this has been going on for two years. Would not recommend a company like this.

Absolute air is amazing. They have fixed my furnace and then also installed a new a/c and furnace. They are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. I've never felt like they overcharged me, always fair.Review from Linda S

Terrible. They use stock photos to try to convince you that your furnace is unsafe. The two different cell phones is a dead giveaway. Reprehensible.Review from Wil M

***** from Absolute Air came out to tune up my two furnaces and did an amazing job. He was very concise in the work that needed to be done and was kind enough to address all my questions and was a delight to have here. I was very satisfied with all that he did.YES! We have used this company for the last three years. We recently made an appointment for our furnace tuneup through their club membership, and an appointment for a quote on having an electric car charger installed. Quote for the electric work was unreasonably high. The technician for the furnace stated that the furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced. We called the office to have another technician do a second inspection. We were given a quote for 8K! However I found a the warranty paperwork on our existing furnace, but ESCO is not an authorized Carrier dealer so I needed to contact another company. I called for 10 days to get the images they took so I could have them for the other company and never got a response. We had two other companies authorized to do the warranty work look at the furnace. Both stated the furnace is fine and does not meet the needs to be replaced under the warranty. I called ESCO to tell them this information and could only talk to the receptionist. No manager or supervisor was available or would be able to call me back. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this company.Review from Kellie E

Charged my elderly mom $13,000 for a furnace in a **** home. $500 to change a flushing mechanism in one toilet and $300 to change a filter on her furnace. They take advantage of the elderly. Another estimate for the same furnace on her home was $7000.Review from John g

They started out with a bid of ******* dollars. Then due to their miscommunication between them and the electricity company it turned into ******** dollars. ESCO was the contractor in error. They totaly ripped up our front yard when they should have run the new line 20 or 30 feet from the new location erea. It is costing us an additional ******* to repair the damage that was already done by the their error tearing up our front yard when they made their error. The only response l got from them was they were losing money. My attempts to get anyone to call me back have nor been returned.Review from Lisa D
