              I went in to Toyota Culver City on April 24, 2024 for car maintenance. I have two complaints. They charged me for a key that they needed to order and never informed me when key arrived and haven't refunded the amount since I've reached out multiple times and was told on 08/09/2024 that the amount would be refunded. I left multiple messages and spoke to multiple folks who forwarded me to other departments where no one picked up over multiple days before I reached someone on 08/09/2024. My second complaint is I was charged an extra 3% to my bill that I paid through the app. I wasn't informed about the extra payment until I saw it in follow up charge in an email. I sent a complaint via text asking me about my experience. I also complained over the phone to employee following up my experience. I never heard back from the employee about my extra charge. I mentioned this complaint in my 08/09/2024 call with management, and it wasn't addressed then either. I have never returned to Culver City Toyota for maintenance and told others to avoid the dealership.

              I could write a novel on all the items that are coming short of customer service but I'll keep to the big one. I have an ongoing issue since June with repairs to my truck. Two thousand dollars later, three return trips to dealership, and NO follow up from service advisor OR the service manager I am still at square one with intermittent no-start issues that have left me stranded/delayed several times. My fault for keep going back hoping it will be better next time. I've spent several thousand dollars here in the past few years and have never seen the service department this bad. I'm not sure if it's poor OEM parts, workmanship, or both, but it's very frustrating paying for repairs that aren't properly diagnosed. I was told "we don't rebuild your truck". Even if that's the case, I am paying for parts and labor that I am told will fix the issue when it has not. Then they try and double charge me on labor after it being misdiagnosed. Not sure what the next step as I am at a loss of words at this point.
