      Terrible Maintenance service.I bought a new Santa **** from ******* from ***************** in Dalt Lake City. We went for an oil change, we were told that we couldnt use any free because the automobile didnt have the right amount of miles to be able to get it free so were force to buy 3 as a packaged. When we received our car and got home I noticed that the car was leaking oil, I ended up buying cat litter to be able to clean the mess inside my garage, took the car back to the dealer, ********* left a doble seal in the filter. Now the light for another oil change is on, wife took the at in for an oil change, she was told that we couldnt use a free one or one from the 3 that we bought as a package and we need to buy a new one if we want an oil change. What kind of BS is this when the car still have 3 or 4 free one and I have 2 left from the package that I bought. Im very disappointed and furious with such a terrible service. This is my last time buying *******.

      4/12/24, 2 PM: BSH; CDJR. We were baited in on a sale for a truck that we drove about 66 miles to looks at; only to get switched up on us at the end from GSM. Not sure what was on the salesman or GM, but it was only to get us locked in. I found it unethical that they practice stuff like this. If you offer a sale, follow it; otherwise, it's bad practice and false advertisement...These guys are completely unethical..frauds

      Bought my vehicle 2016 gmc terrain from ********************** on 5/2023. My vehicle has been in and out of the shop since receiving the vehicle. I would recommend else where. Purchased the vehicle for ***** and the cars engine blew, the windshield wiper motor blew, all 4 new tires had to be purchased due to them being completely baled. The front sway bars and ball joints been replaced a new battery and the condenser is severely damaged.I would call this company a slumlord for vehicles. This vehicle will not last my entire loan life and I'm the one paying the price, not them. They may act like they care but once you leave the lot with the car you will have the hardest time getting ahold of someone and basically be told you are on your own. All the things that happened to my car could have been spotted if they did there service check correctly! Also lets add that there service department has the worst techs. I would NOT purchase a vehicle here!! If I could give no stars I would.

      Lied to repeatedly. First we were lied to about the service that the vehicle had undergone before purchase. Next, we were talked into a service contract and promised any repairs would be facilitated by the service manager. After buying the service contract and leaving the dealership...3 days later the transmission started noticeably slipping. When brought in I was told "We did get the transmission to slip, but not enough that we feel comfortable fixing it. What?? Then we were directly told they would instead do a full transmission service and flush. Later we found out this was not done either. They simply topped off the old bad fluid. We have been consistently lied to and non of the promises have been kept. Not one. Read the ****** reviews on this place and you will see that we are nit the only ones. Not even close. I would not advise doing any kind of business with this dealership in any way shape or form. Buyer BEWARE!!! You will be cheated and lied to.

      There is something seriously wrong with this service center. I had called and set an appointment for my vehicle and needed alot of things checked out as I am hearing a noise and my engine isn't running right. I have a trip scheduled and have to travel. I am a woman and didn't want to be broken down along a road somewhere by myself as some of my travel is at night. I had told the service center over a week ago that I live over an hour and fifteen minutes away in a snowy mountainous area and have to have a rental to be able to keep this scheduled appointment so I can get back home safely as I do believe they probably needed to keep my vehicle as I have a long list of other services needed to my vehicle. I was told someone would call me to go over what I need done. I was told someone would contact me for my rental. I told them that texting would work for the rental but to please have someone contact me asap so I know this is going to be secured for me. No one ever contacted me! I can not recommend this service company. Security in my vehicle as I travel is very important to me and I can not recommend this service company.

      I brought my vehicle here for a windshield washer reservoir. Was told that it would be covered by my warranty. The advisor ***** was the worst, never called me back, is a liar, impolite. They kept my vehicle over night, only to charge me $214 for a Diagnostic that it was clogged. Information I told them. This Dealership only wants to scam you out of Money. Go anywhere else.

      Have been a regular customer and have always taken my car there for service and repairs. My worst recent experience Ive left several messages for the service manager to call me. Its been 3 weeks and after repeated messages no luck. Took my car there and was told nothing was wrong with it: however the check engine light was still on when I picked it up. My advisor said they couldnt replicate the error I took it in for. Left it over night for them to tell me to take it to Lexus to clear the light. I had to add engine oil to the car because their mechanic was too busy to work on my car or properly diagnose it. They have forgotten what customer service is. How does a customer leave repeated messages and no one fro their staff return a message?

      My 2023 Raptor turned on the check engine light and was showing a message indicating vehicle in collision, it wasnt accelerating when I was hitting the gas. I decide to take it to Ken Garff Ford for them to take a look at it. I took it there on March 4th and they gave me an appointment for March 14th at 1130am where they will take a look at the issue and change my oil. I showed up noon due to work complications on march 14th. They told me that I was better off leaving it there and picking it up the next day since the mechanic were close to go home and werent able to fix it that same day. I came by on Saturday 16th at 11am to pick it up allowing them an extra day but the car wasnt fix and the oil was not change, it was sitting on the same spot I left it. Im very frustrated and honestly feel like the staff there doesnt care about their buyers nor have any customer service skills when it comes down to current car owners. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it even though it was 11am since they were already too busy, they didnt offer me a loaner car to move around or anything. They just recommended me to make another appointment and hopefully they will be able to fix it. Im a busy man and I dont have all the time to keep going back to get my car fix. Im gonna keep driving the car as is and whenever I get time Ill go back and make an appointment, if this issue causes bigger problems I ************** will have to deal with it.

      1). Bought 2 Kia ******** at same time. Paint is badly damaged on spoiler over hatchback window. Told to **** it up we are doing nothing about your problem. 2). Worst AM radio ever. I have been buying cars since ******************************************************************** a radio.

      Save yourself a headache and find a different dealership the finance **** ***** lies just to get your money came in with a bank check was told as long as he can call the bank and verify its good i could take the car he called verified it was good got my cash down payment then says ohh i have to wait tell the check clears. Beware of this dealership
