    I made a purchase for their 'Unlimited Plus' Web Hosting Plan (most popular) on 09.19.2025. They corresponded with me by sending invoice and log in info, and even when I contacted them for support issues -that day. The very next day, it wouldn't accept my 'Two-Factor Authentication' password/code and have not been able to get into my account and this service (that I have paid $47.99/yr. for) and not one person from the company has responded to my multiple attempts to request for help -I cannot create a ticket in my account because I cannot get into my account (so I emailed the support, as well as the sales, team). It is now 09.23.2025 and I have no website, still. I am absolutely livid and am expecting to be reimbursed for the days I have not been able to use the service and have been completely ignored -in addition to actually receiving some help to rectify the problem of not being able to get into the account (I even tried to resent the password, and even tried the 'Backup Code', but the second verification code seems to be the problem). Obviously, it is not worth being given money back as compensation for this, but a respectable and reputable business would provide something (a free service, whatever is reasonably suitable). This is not good customer service, nor good business ethics. I'm completely confused how a company can ignore a customer like this. They are very quick to take your money but providing you with the assistance that you need seems to be a challenging issue.

    I have Ticket ID: #****** I put in been working with **** I have internet radio hosting I love you guys great help, I asked **** the softwear he talked about how I set it up for live show and set the auto dj once done live show it replay ondemand show I installed made, no help setting up doftwear he talked about sed once upload music would help not what asking I'm asking how set up, also I asked how I get into tune in and shout cast in documents site messed up on some thing since on new build. I have hight spectrum autism so know just root want to wait money for nothing live you guy didn't know how to get anyone to help only way could get help with ticket without going around the horn like I been getting, will keep my service also since been great I'm new to this internet streaming radio stuff even now I'm tech savy one area I'm kot hope can help ** *** ****
