    On Oct.7, 2023 I purchased the service of Spyx, which is run by terminal3. Spyx provides tracker services. I mistakenly signed up 2x that day and was billed $139.99 & $99. I discovered pretty quickly that I couldn't use their service and canceled my membership 3 hours into a 3 day trial. That should be enough for a refund, however I was only refunded for the $139.99. Why? Because I was repeatedly told the $99 was denied by PayPal. When I showed proof that PayPal had indeed paid it and it was processed by their company, I was still told by a customer support representative that the subscription was never paid!? I then went to PayPal to file a dispute. Unfortunately PayPal was lied to as well. They were told that I wasn't entitled to a refund because of intellectual property and I had recieved their service. How could that be if I never had an account with them and not only that, even if I downloaded their app, which I did what about the 3 day trial period? It shouldn't matter when I canceled because it was before the trial period ended. On that alone I should be entitled to a refund. Based on what they were told PayPal decided not to pursue the matter. Ridiculous!! It's common sense that if you cancel a service before the ***** PERIOD is over you are entitled to a refund. But they keep fighting me. I'm seriously wondering if this is a scam. After all why was I billed 2x on the same day? Someone should have caught that mistake. Then repeatedly told the payment was denied even though I had clear proof that the $99 had been paid and processed!? Then told I couldn't have paid it because their platform didn't support it. How was I charged for $99 then? It isn't as though I could pick an amount to pay. The whole experience has been a nightmare and I just want my money and for this to end!!
