    They are using my credit card without my permission. They continue to bill me every month even though I have reported to my credit card company and them. They have none of my email link to by billing information and I do not have a login to their site. They refuse to call me or contact me any way but through their support desk.

    Hello,On January 9, REMOVED, I purchased two monthly subscription plans from Instantly.ai on their website ($97 and $196.99). After being unhappy with the software product, I decided not to renew it, so on January 29, REMOVED, I canceled my subscription and confirmed with their chat support. However, my access to the features and account dashboard was restricted. I have to pay again to gain full access to my account and features. I paid for one month on 1/9 and should have full access to all features listed on their pricing page until 2/9/24. However, the company refuses to give me back access to my account so I can continue using the software product until the end of my billing cycle (2/9/24) or refund the remaining days (1/29-2/9/24). The founders and many of the staff are located outside of the REMOVED, and a shell company exists in REMOVEDwithout a phone number (disconnected). I am requesting a total refund of $97.99 for both subscription plans. The $97.99 is for the ten days I was denied access to both subscription plans, my account dashboard, and full use of the product until the end of the billing cycle on 2/9/24.
