July 23, 2025 - Secured a space at RJourneys, Laramie. Paid $150 deposit and $750 rent. August 20, 2025 - gave notice that I was selling the travel trailer and would be moving it before the next rent due date of August 23, 2025. Trailer was moved on August 19, 2025. I went to the office August 22 and spoke with *** and *** making sure they knew that the trailer was gone, space was clean. I was told by *** that the charges on my account were $22 for sewer/water and $19 for electricity. (I hadn't used electricity for 10 days due to my trailer losing all of it's power, so this seemed reasonable.) I was told that the refund of my remaining deposit would be credited back to the card on file, which *** verified. August 23 I was sent a notification that RJourneys was trying to charge my credit card $845.00. I left several messages at the Laramie front desk but never received a call back. I went to the office on August 24 and was assured by *** and *** that ****** the manager had taken care of it. Never received a refund and called front desk several times. Finally reached out to *************** and they said I was being charge for a late fee and another month of water/sewer and Laramie would call back. I have tried multiple times and never reached anyone at Laramie, or had a call back. My refund should be $150-$22-$19= $109.00. Spoke with ***** at Regional and he assured me this would be sent on to Regional manager. So far nothing has been done.

Hello, my name is ******* ******** and my husbands name is **** ********. We stayed at the Rjourney Rv park in Laramie,** from april 6th to may 17th, 2025. In this sole month we were charged for rent twice in one single month. We were charged on april 10th and then again on april 20th. We had to leave due to my husbands work and we werent able to let them know 30 days before leaving. So we figured since we were leaving before the 20th, we wouldnt be charged again for the month of may through june. We were wrong and the sent us an invoice for over $1000 dollars for the month when we werent there anymore. We have been gone since may 17th and they wont stop charging us for late fees. We tried to communicate with corporate and nobody wants to help us. They just want their money. I strongly believe this is not okay. We were charged for two months when we only stayed there from april 6th to may 17th. This company is robbing people of their hard earned money. We have talked to fellow coworkers and neighbors and they have had similar experiences. We just dont want to pay for a spot that we arent parked at. We have proof of everything, we have all the invoices which they were 3 for just one sole month. This truly devastating for us as it has brought a lot of emotions and we feel scammed by this company. I hope you can help us resolve this issue. We have tried to speak with them and get to a solution but this is a terrible company that only cares about money. Even their fellow employees at the park hate the company. They charge fees for every single thing and honestly i believe they need to be investigated for this unfair treatment and thievery. We do not mind paying for the electricity and water usage for the month of april through may however we dont feel its fair for us to pay for the rent of a spot we arent parked at and thats probably being used already. We just dont want to damage my husbands credit due to this issue. I hope you can help us. Thank you.

I called as the website states to book a cabin/lodging for a month as the website (at the time of the phone call) said $750 month. When calling, she denied that it was cabin and said it was for the *** RV apparently has to pay electric too which I did not see on the website. ******, per the rep, said it is a maximum of 2 weeks and its over $1K for those two weeks. This is clearly false advertising or bait and switch, both illegal. She did not attempt to come to a resolution.
